More practically, I started with Visual FoxPro and Visual Basic in the early 90s, and eventually continued to JavaScript since a few months after its inception in 1995. I've learned other languages since then (C/C++, Java, PHP, dabbled in others) but I have been primarily using JavaScript for 20+ years.</p> <p>You can find me on GitHub as <a href="https://github.com/hbstone" rel="noopener noreferrer">hbstone</a></p> <p>I live in San Jose, and work for Yummly in Redwood City.</p> <p>My main non-programming passion is music engineering and production.
