Hi friends,

My name is Wilson and I want to improve my writing as well as educate myself and others on technology.

I've recently started diving into the IT Industry, and I want to interact with like-minded people who want to grow and learn.

Throughout this month, I have been working on obtaining a true technical support job through a help desk or an MSP type environment, and that is still in progress.

Currently, I am working on obtaining the Google IT Support certification (I understand it does not hold its weight up to CompTIA A+ but it is a stepping stone to get there). Once I finalize that, I will be off to the races on A+ to finalize that before the current version expires.

I would like to build the foundation of knowledge to ultimately end up a career in Cybersecurity, but first I must learn how to crawl/walk before I can full on sprint on that site.

A recent quote I came upon was, “We don't have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.”.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, if you have any advice on writing or IT Support in general it would be greatly appreciated.

One thing I have been working on lately is seeking out help and resources.
