What the organization want in a developer ,

I am a developer who knows Java , python and its framework for development , i have 6 month of full time experience . After i left my job i am facing two expectation from the tech company .

1) A candidate must have good knowledge of everything he worked on , or mentioned in the resume . but we are not machine learning model that remember all the things we match the pattern and find the solution and apply them to create great product .

2) Company wanted that i candidate should create amazing product , take the help of internet and build the product by you wanted a candidate should memorize everything , the thing that matter most is that the candidate is able to understand the things that he is creating at that time , it should not matter that what Ai tool and what approach he is using . What to use when is the real thing

I have seen some developer who even forget that in SQL query we use delete * from table or delete from table ,
but they are working on million dollar project , I am not trying to say that it is not helpful to remember the query but the thing is if dev is not working on DB for long time than he will forgot the things , but when he face situation and use that thing then he will remember ,

SO IT IS NOT ABOUT MEMORIZE EVERYTHING , FACE THE THINGS AND SOLVE IT EVEN YOU ARE TAKING HELP OF TOOLS , AND CREATE AWESOME PRODUCTS
