After 20+ years in IT, I finally decided to start writing publicly.

Most of my journey has been around building and managing large-scale engineering environments. Kubernetes, DevOps, AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP platforms, on-prem datacenters, automation, and enterprise engineering challenges that usually stay hidden behind company walls.

I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple industries including Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Mortgage Platforms, Marketing & Advertisement, Gaming & Casino Systems, Hotel Management, HRMS Platforms and Manufacturing Systems.

Across these domains, one thing became very clear:

A lot of engineers struggle not because they lack talent, but because practical industry knowledge is fragmented, overcomplicated, or hidden.

So here I am.
