Creating YouTube content takes much longer than most people think.

Before recording even starts, creators need to:

Come up with an idea
Research the topic
Write a script
Plan scenes and visuals
Create titles and descriptions
Think about SEO

I found myself spending hours on the planning phase before hitting the record button.

That's what inspired me to build Hookframe.

The Problem

Most AI tools can generate text, but they don't help creators structure an entire video.

I wanted a tool that could take an idea and turn it into:

✅ A complete YouTube script
✅ A storyboard with scenes
✅ Titles and descriptions
✅ SEO tags
✅ Content for Shorts and UGC ads

The goal wasn't to replace creativity.

The goal was to remove the blank page problem.

Building Hookframe

I started with a simple script generator.

After talking to creators, I realized they also struggled with visualizing their videos and organizing scenes.

That's when I added:

Storyboard generation
Hooks and intros
SEO suggestions
Support for long-form videos and Shorts
What I've Learned

Building an AI product taught me a few things:

People don't want "more AI".
People want to save time.
The best features come from user feedback.
