For a while, I didn’t have a personal portfolio that truly reflected what I was learning and experimenting with—especially in cloud and AI.</p> <p>This project is my “reset” for the new year. From there, I focused on:</p> <ul> <li>Understanding what the generated code was doing</li> <li>Making incremental improvements</li> <li>Deploying early to Cloud Run to experience a real production workflow</li> </ul> <p>Using AI didn’t replace learning—it <strong>accelerated it</strong>. I treated Gemini like a senior developer I could ask questions to, review ideas with, and use for feedback.</p> <h2> What I'm Most Proud Of </h2> <ul> <li> <strong>Shipping something real</strong> instead of endlessly tweaking</li> <li>Successfully deploying and maintaining the portfolio on <strong>Cloud Run</strong> </li> <li>Using AI tools as collaborators, not crutches</li> <li>Turning this challenge into a learning experience rather than just a submission</li> </ul> <p>Most importantly, this portfolio represents momentum.
