The app focuses on helping users build healthy habits, monitor progress, and stay motivated through a simple, intuitive, and data-driven experience.</p> <h2> TestFlight Beta Status </h2> <p>The first external beta build has been submitted to Apple and is currently <strong>awaiting Beta App Review</strong>.</p> <p>Once Apple approves the build, the public TestFlight invitation will automatically become available.</p> <h2> Join the Beta </h2> <p>🔗 <strong>TestFlight:</strong> <a href="https://testflight.apple.com/join/ZbY4ude7" rel="noopener noreferrer">https://testflight.apple.com/join/ZbY4ude7</a></p> <blockquote> <p><strong>Note:</strong> If you currently see the message <strong>"This beta isn't accepting any new testers right now."</strong>, that's expected.
