I have been coding for a lot years (since i was twelve at least), mostly for fun and school projects.

You can find me on Twitter as @memepowered and GitHub as iglosiggio

I live in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and work for the linux team on the state-run OLPC program of my country. That's a lovely work not only for the joy of seeing that has impact over millions of kids around my country but also because fighting with the ugly hacks of vendor drivers is fun! (A bit of masochism here :P)

I mostly program in javascript with emberjs and do a bit of python, i experimented with a lot of languages (more than i can remember). My real passion is on learning the fundamentals of language/api/systems implementation, i think that they are the best way to understand the thing implemented (closures, promises, type inference, you name it). If you want a taste of what feels like i really suggest you to watch the SICP lectures they blew my mind and inspired me to start university, they had a new way of seeing every laguage construct.

I'm currently starting Computer Science at the Universidad de Buenos Aires

Nice to meet you!

:wq!
