 Involuntary electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) can be a lifesaving intervention for patients suffering from potentially lethal conditions who are unable to give informed consent. However, its use is not widespread, probably partly because of the scarce data on hard outcomes following involuntary ECT. In Denmark, involuntary ECT is only used when patients are at imminent/potential risk of dying if not receiving ECT. Here, we aimed to estimate the 1-year survival rate after the administration of involuntary ECT as a proxy for the effectiveness of this treatment. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We conducted a register-based cohort study involving (i) all patients receiving involuntary ECT in Denmark between 2008 and 2019, (ii) age- and sex-matched patients receiving voluntary ECT, and (iii) age- and sex-matched individuals from the general population. One-year survival rates were compared via mortality rate ratios. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We identified 618 patients receiving involuntary ECT, 547 patients receiving voluntary ECT, and 3080 population-based controls. The survival rate in the year after involuntary ECT was 90%. For patients receiving involuntary ECT, the 1-year mortality rate ratios were 3.1 (95% confidence interval, 1.9-5.2) and 5.8 (95% confidence interval, 4.0-8.2) compared with those receiving voluntarily ECT and to the population-based controls, respectively. Risk factors for early death among patients receiving involuntary ECT were male sex, being 70 years or older and having organic mental disorder as the treatment indication. &lt;/p&gt;

Under ultrasound guidance, 18-G cannulae were inserted bilaterally into the superficial flexor and dorsal extensor forearm compartments. The imaging was used to confirm safe subfascial placement, and ensured no kinking or catching on the muscle bellies during dynamic movements. An arterial pressure transducer with 4 portals allowed simultaneous measurements from 4 compartments. Intracompartmental pressure (ICP) was measured in 2 ways, (1) hand in a relaxed position and (2) power grip with Jamar Dynamometer. After baseline measurements were taken, the patient undertook a period of rowing sufficient to generate symptoms. ICPs were then recorded at 1, 2, and 5 minutes by which time symptoms had resolved. Using this method ICPs in 4 myofascial compartments was measured in the same limb, simultaneously, pre- and postexercise. &lt;br&gt;
 This survey aims to determine relevant patient characteristics, treatment satisfaction, and bothersome symptoms in Japanese patients with chronic constipation (CC) treated at medical institutions. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This internet survey, conducted in 2017, included 500 adults (selected from 589 respondents to match age composition ratio in Japan) who experienced constipation-like symptoms for ≥6 months, were treated at medical institutions for symptoms, and were taking any prescribed medication. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Of 500 patients, 65.6% were female and 62.6% had experienced constipation for &amp;gt;10 years. Abdominal bloating, infrequent bowel movement, hard consistency of stool, and difficulty of defecation were the most frequently reported and most bothersome symptoms in males and females. Overall, 29% of patients were satisfied with treatment (36% of males, 26% of females); the individual major CC symptom with the highest level of treatment satisfaction was infrequent bowelatisfaction. &lt;br&gt;

The most common presenting features were foul-smelling blood-stained rhinorrhoea (100%), nasal congestion (100%), reduced visual acuity (89%), and hard palate ulceration (67%). It poses a big burden to the community and is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality in pregnant females due to their immunosuppressed state. During pregnancy, the immune system is suppressed to prevent fetal rejection, and it gets reconstituted postpartum. During this reconstitution phase, reactivation of TB may occur, making it quintessential to test peripartum females for latent TB, especially those belonging to endemic regions. We describe an unfortunate case of reactivation of TB in a postpartum female from Central America.Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was designated as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020. The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews documents that COVID-19 has a wide range of common symptoms, which have made it difficult to characterize the disease. To date, the neurological symptoms of stuttering and word-finding difficulties have not been reported in confirmed COVID-19 cases. This case report describes the clinical course of a 53-year-old female that presented to the emergency department (ED) twice with varying symptoms consistent with COVID-19. At the second ED visit, she complained of new-onset stuttering and word-finding difficulties and tested positive for COVID-19 using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) nasopharynx test. When contacted, the patient stated that her speech issues persisted at least seven days after discharge from her second ED visit. Fluvastatin As a result, the virus may cause symptoms of an acute neurological event and should be taken into diagnostic consideration. These neurological findings may be explained by the recent discovery of the COVID-19 spike protein's ability to destabilize the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and enter the central nervous system (CNS). Increased classification of unrecognized COVID-19 symptoms and complications may aid in the characterization, surveillance, and prevention of the disease. &lt;br&gt;

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of increasing fluid therapy of patients before surgery on the incidence of postoperative headache. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This single-blind clinical trial study was performed on 60 patients undergoing elective surgery with spinal anesthesia based on the inclusion criteria in 2017 in Neyshabur. After obtaining the consent of the patients, the participants were randomly divided into two groups of intervention (A) and test (B) (30 people in each group). Data were created by self-checklist and visual analog scale (VAS) pain measurement criteria were recorded by phone during 4, 7, 24, 48, 72 hours, and 7 days after surgery. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In the study, the average headache increased up to 72 hours after surgery in the experimental group and in the intervention group up to 48 hours after surgery and then decreased. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The results of our study generally showed that fluid therapy did not reduce headache, but showed decreasing trend of headache. According to the research results, more research is needed on the causes of headache after spinal anesthesia. &lt;br&gt;

 There is a scarcity of literature on co-existing psoriasis (Ps) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We used a large national population database to determine if there is any association between Ps and SLE. The primary objective was to compare the odds of being admitted for SLE in patients with Ps compared to those without Ps. The secondary objective was to compare hospital outcomes of patients admitted for SLE with co-existing Ps to those without Ps. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Data were abstracted from the National Inpatient Sample (NIS) 2016 and 2017 Databases. We search for hospitalizations using ICD-10 codes. Multivariate logistic and linear regression analysis was used accordingly to adjust for confounders. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There were over 71 million discharges included in the database. A total of 20,630 hospitalizations had SLE as the principal diagnosis. One hundred fifty (0.7%) of these SLE hospitalizations have co-existing Ps. Hospitalizations for SLE with co-existing Ps had similar length of stay (LOS), total hospital charges, need for blood transfusion, odds of having a secondary discharge diagnosis of venous thrombosis or embolism/pulmonary embolus, and acute kidney injury compared to those without Ps.Hospitalizations with a secondary diagnosis of Ps have an adjusted odds ratio (AOR)=2.73 (95% CI 1.86-4.02, P&amp;lt;0.0001) of SLE being the principal reason for hospitalization compared to hospitalizations without Ps. &lt;/p&gt;

Memory Specificity Training (MeST) remediates deficits in recalling detailed memories of past experiences through repeated practice of autobiographical memory retrieval. This randomised controlled trial aimed to assess the efficacy of an online, computerized version of MeST (c-MeST) for MDE. Adults (N = 245, 88.4% female; M age = 46.4) with a current MDE were randomised to the c-MeST program or wait-list control group. GSK2606414 concentration Significantly fewer participants in the c-MeST group, relative to control, met criteria for an MDE at one-month follow-up (35.7% c-MeST vs. 60.6% control), but not at other time-points. The c-MeST group, relative to the control group, scored significantly higher on memory specificity at all time-points following baseline (d = 0.53-0.93), and lower on depressive symptoms at one (d = 0.57) and three-month follow-up (d = 0.67).  Oxylipins synthesized by oxidation of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPUFAs) are bioactive downstream lipid mediators. The aim of this study was to describe oxylipin levels in preterm infants born 30 to 33 weeks' gestation who were enrolled in a randomized controlled trial in which peripheral parenteral nutrition (P-PN), including lipid emulsion (containing soy, medium chain triglyceride, olive and fish oil), was compared with 10% glucose on growth during the transition to enteral feeds. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Of the 92 infants randomized to the P-PN study, the first 72 (P-PN n=34, control n=38) had blood taken for fatty acid analyses. P-PN infants received parenteral nutrition including 3% protein, 8% glucose and 17% SMOFlipid® lipid (containing soy, medium chain triglyceride, olive and fish oil), and control infants 10% glucose. Both groups commenced enteral feeds when clinically stable. 32 oxylipins and 5 free fatty acids were screened (using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry), afatty acids and related oxylipins with the profiles suggesting increased omega-6 driven inflammation. BGLUs were associated with many aspects of plant physiological processes, in particular biotic and abiotic stresses through the activation of phytohormones and defense compounds. However, studies on systematic analysis of the stress- or hormone-responsive BGLU genes in plant are still rare. In this study, total 51 BGLU genes of the glycoside hydrolase family 1 were identified in the genome of the model legume plant Medicago truncatula, and they were classified into five distinct clusters. Sequence alignments revealed several conserved and characteristic motifs among these MtBGLU proteins. Analyses of their putative signal peptides and N-glycosylation site suggested that the majority of MtBGLU members have dual targeting to the vacuole and/or chloroplast. Many regulatory elements possibly related with abiotic stresses and phytohormones were identified in MtBGLU genes. Moreover, Microarray and qPCR analyses showed that these MtBGLU genes exhibited distinct expression patterns in various tissues, and in response to different abiotic stress and hormonal treatments. Notably, MtBGLU21, MtBGLU22, MtBGLU28, and MtBGLU30 in cluster I were dramatically activated by NaCl, PEG, IAA, ABA, SA and GA3 treatments. Collectively, our genome-wide characterization, evolutionary analysis, and expression pattern analysis of MtBGLU genes suggested that BGLU genes play crucial roles in response to various abiotic stresses and hormonal cues in M. truncatula.We measured the fatty acids and lipid content in the wildtype and toc132toc120 heterozygote mutant of Arabidopsis thaliana that were exposed to elevated levels of ozone. The goal was to assess whether a defective atToc132/120 receptor would alter the mutant's response to ozone-induced stress. Increased malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were measured in wildtype plants that were exposed to ozone for 3 h and left in an ozone-free environment for 21 h. The increased levels of MDA were not positively correlated with changes in the levels of triunsaturated fatty acids from which MDA is derived. In both the wildtype and mutant plants, absolute amounts of the glycerolipids were not altered by ozone treatment. The untreated mutant, however, accumulated decreased levels of chloroplast lipids and triunsaturated fatty acids. In ozone-treated wildtype, the levels of 163 were significantly decreased and this was mirrored by decreased levels of TOC132 and FAD5 transcripts, and increased levels of SP1 E3 ligase transcripts. These data suggest a possible increase in protein ubiquitination under ozone-induced stress. In contrast, in ozone-treated mutant, the FAD5 transcripts accumulated at the control level. The untreated mutant, however, accumulated significantly increased levels of CAT1 and FAD7 transcripts, which indicates that a defective chloroplast receptor induced cellular stress. In ozone-treated wildtype, there was a small increase in 346-phosphatidic acid, which indicates that a small amount of the chloroplast-derived MGDG was degraded in response to ozone-induced stress.       <description>&lt;p&gt;Further research examining effective methods to improve recovery from neurologic deficits in patients with a paraneoplastic neurologic illness is warranted.Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a very aggressive, highly lethal, neuroendocrine tumor that constitutes 15% of all lung cancer cases. It is characterized by its rapid disease progression and high relapse rate leading to poor survival for diagnosed patients. Recently, poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors (PARPi) have emerged as a novel therapeutic strategy for SCLC. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that PARPi possesses cytotoxic activity as a single-agent and in combination with other anti-cancer agents. Predictive biomarkers of response to PARPi, such as SLFN11, have also been described in SCLC. This review aims to summarize the recent preclinical investigations and the relevant clinical trials that evaluate PARPi in SCLC. Here, we highlight the potential role of PARPi in a biomarker-selected manner and in combination with chemotherapy, targeted agents, radiotherapy and immunotherapy.First-line stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) is now considered the preferred treatment over whole brain radiation therapy (WBRT) for limited brain metastases arising from most tumor histologies. This standard was reached following the consistent results of multiple phase III studies which demonstrated that, despite improved CNS control, the addition of WBRT to SRS does not improve overall survival (OS) and is associated with a reduction in cognitive function. Thus, it may be reasonable to consider the benchmark necessary to favor a paradigm of SRS alone over strategies incorporating WBRT as the demonstration of comparable OS in the context of decreased treatment-related side effects. However, patients with small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) brain metastases were excluded from the landmark trials that established SRS alone for limited brain metastases, largely due to concerns for short-interval CNS progression in SCLC as well the historic role of prophylactic cranial irradiation (PCI) in SCLC in the absence of known brain metastases. As a result, WBRT has remained the standard for SCLC for limited and even solitary brain lesions. With shifting SCLC care patterns including increased MRI surveillance, decreased PCI delivery, and emerging systemic agents, interest in first-line SRS for SCLC is likely to continue to increase over time. Herein we will review the emerging data for first-line SRS in the management of SCLC brain metastases and the potential for its increasing role in the setting of a greater utilization of MRI surveillance and improving systemic therapies.The treatment paradigm for extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) is evolving. Prophylactic cranial irradiation (PCI) has long been considered a component of standard treatment in patients with extensive stage disease who respond to chemotherapy. However, in the modern era of magnetic resonance imaging, the role of PCI has become an area of controversy following conflicting level I evidence. Due to conflicting data and toxicity concerns, the routine use of PCI has declined. Recent improvements in systemic disease control with the use of immunotherapy and reductions in the toxicity attributable to PCI with hippocampal avoidance and memantine have reignited the discussion. As such, we present here a narrative review of PCI with a focus on historical milestones, randomized data, risk mitigation and future directions.Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is an aggressive malignancy. Until recently the standard of care for newly diagnosed patients with extensive-stage disease was chemotherapy consisting of etoposide plus a platinum (EP). The median overall survival (OS) was only about 10 months with this systemic therapy. Immune checkpoint inhibitors were first evaluated as second or subsequent line treatments in extensive stage disease and later in combination with EP in the first-line setting. Recently two randomized phase III trials have demonstrated statistically improved OS with addition of a programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) inhibitor to EP. As a result, the standard of care for newly diagnosed patients with extensive-stage SCLC has changed for the first time in decades. However, many patients do not derive benefit from the addition of a PD-L1 inhibitor to EP. In this review we discuss first-line trials of chemoimmunotherapy in extensive stage SCLC and summarize data on second and subsequent line treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors in immunotherapy-naïve patients. Additionally, we discuss potential biomarkers that could be utilized to select for which patients derive benefit from addition of a PD-L1 inhibitor to EP and propose ways to improve on first-line chemoimmunotherapy.Pathology arising from the intrathoracic portion of the trachea (distal trachea), the carina and the main bronchi is usually neoplastic and is mainly treated with surgery. Resection of the intrathoracic portion of the trachea, the carina and the main bronchi for neoplastic lesions does not necessitate lung resection and is traditionally being conducted via open surgery. Video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) is witnessing an exponential growth and is the treatment of choice for early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The experience accumulated over the past two decades along with the introduction of reliable and ergonomic technology, has led to the expansion of its indications. In this article we provide a detailed description of lung sparing distal tracheal, carinal and main bronchi resection for primary neoplasms of the airway, without involvement of the lung, with the uniportal video-assisted technique. The chest is entered through the fourth intercostal space, mid-axillary line. Dissection of the paratracheal space anteriorly, the tracheoesophageal groove posteriorly and the subcarinal space and division of the azygos arch are essential to mobilize the distal trachea and carina. Lateral dissection should be avoided beyond the points of division of the airway, as it may hinder the blood supply to the anastomosis. JQ1 Any tension to the anastomosis should be relieved by release maneuvers. Ventilation is achieved through an endobronchial catheter, inserted into the left main bronchus through which a high-frequency jet ventilation catheter can be also inserted through it. The rationale of applying a minimally invasive technique for the conduction of tracheal and carinal resections, is to exploit its advantages, namely less pain, earlier mobilization and lower morbidity.       <description>&lt;p&gt;In the present research, application of waste edible oil (WEO) as a suitable and abundant source for biodiesel production using CaO@MgO nanocatalyst derived from waste chicken eggshells was studied. To this end, FT-IR, XRD, SEM, EDX, Map, and TEM analyses were performed to investigate characteristics of the CaO@MgO nanocatalyst. Also, the physical properties of the biodiesel such as flash point, kinematic viscosity, density, distillation point, cloud point, pour point, cetane number, oxidation stability, and acid number were determined according to the international standards. In addition, FT-IR and HNMR analyses were used to determine the biodiesel characteristics. Moreover, the produced catalyst was successively reused for up to 6 cycles and the results showed that the catalytic activity of the catalyst produced was sufficient for biodiesel production from WEO for up to three cycles, beyond which its catalytic activity decreased. The present work further considered the effects of different parameters on biodiesel production using central composite design to determine optimal conditions. According to the results, the highest biodiesel conversion yield (98.37%) was achieved in a reaction time of 7.08 h, reaction temperature of 69.37 °C, methanol-to-oil ratio of 16.71, and catalyst concentration of 4.571 wt% which shows the highest biodiesel conversion yield ever achieved from waste edible oil. 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO), coded by the ALOX5 gene, is expressed in leukocytes and catalyzes the formation of leukotrienes, pro-inflammatory lipid mediators. Leukotrienes are central to immune responses, but are also involved in inflammatory disorders and 5-LO expression is associated with leukemia stem cell survival. It is therefore important to understand mechanisms that control 5-LO expression. This study investigated the control of 5-LO expression and leukotriene biosynthesis following the maturation of human monocytic cells. MonoMac-1 (MM1) and THP-1 cells were incubated for up to 72 h with or without LPS and TGF-β. LPS, but not TGF-β, increased CD14 expression in both MM1 and THP-1 cells. Incubation with LPS (100 ng/ml) and TGF-β (1 ng/ml) synergistically increased the capacity of MM1 cells to produce 5-LO products from undetectable levels to 40±5 pmol/106 cells. 5-LO product biosynthesis in THP-1 cells increased 25-fold. A synergistic effect of LPS and TGF-β was measured with increases in 5-LO mRNA of 54- and 13-fold in MM1 and THP-1 cells, respectively. 5-LO protein expression increased significantly in both MM1 and THP-1 cells. ALOX5 promoter activity was significantly elevated &amp;gt;2-fold in both cell lines following LPS treatment, but TGF-β was without effect. The main 5-LO products were cysteinyl-leukotrienes, however LPS and TGF-β did not impact on the capacity of the cells to metabolize leukotriene A4. Overall, this study demonstrates that receptor-mediated stimulation of MM1 and THP-1 cells by LPS is associated with increased 5-LO expression. This represents a new mechanism by which leukotriene biosynthesis can be modulated by pathological agents. Studies have showed that some of the most common male reproductive disorders present in adult life might have a fetal origin. Perfluorooctane sulfonic (PFOS) is one of the major environmental pollutants that may affect the development of male reproductive system if exposed during fetal or pubertal periods. However, whether PFOS exposure during fetal period affects testicular functions in the adult is still unclear. Herein, we investigated the effects of a brief gestational exposure to PFOS on the development of adult Leydig- and Sertoli-cells in the male offspring. Eighteen pregnant Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups and each received 0, 1 or 5 mg/kg/day PFOS from gestational day 5-20. The testicular functions of F1 males were evaluated on day 1, 35 and 90 after birth. PFOS treatment significantly decreased serum testosterone levels of animals by all three ages examined. The expression level of multiple mRNAs and proteins of Leydig (Scarb1, Cyp11a1, Cyp17a1 and Hsd17b3) and Sertoli (Dhh and Sox9) cells were also down-regulated by day 1 and 90. PFOS exposure might also inhibit Leydig cell proliferation since the number of PCNA-positive Leydig cells were significantly reduced by postnatal day 35. Data on microplastic pollution of typical seagoing rivers in northern China are lacking. In the current study, we investigated the distribution and characteristics of microplastics in the main stream of the Haihe River, which flows through a metropolis with a high population density and level of industrialization and then flows into the Bohai Sea. The microplastic samples were collected by manta trawls with pore sizes of 333 μm, and the microplastic concentrations ranged from 0.69 to 74.95 items/m3. Fibers dominated in the surface water of the Haihe River; their shapes that were categorized as fibers, film, foam, fragments, and spheres, and contributed 17.4-86.7% of the total microplastics studied. The size distribution of the microplastics was concentrated in a range of 100-1000 μm, with 54.7% of the total sizes corresponding to the 333-μm trawl. Micro-Fourier transform infrared (μ-FT-IR) spectra showed that the main components were polyethylene, poly(ethylene-propylene) copolymer, and polypropylene. Scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) measurements revealed scratches, micropores, and cracks on the surfaces of the microplastics due to mechanical friction, chemical oxidation and degradation processes.  This study aimed at developing a happiness assessment scale for middle-aged women (HAS-MW) in Korea. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Preliminary items for the scale were drafted from the results of literature review and personal interviews and open-ended questions with women in the community. The interviews were based on the theory of existence, relatedness, and growth. After validating a preliminary scale, we analyzed the validity and reliability of the new scale items, and model fit. We surveyed 600 women aged 40years to 64years for exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Valid data were divided into 352 for EFA and 174 for CFA by multiplies of number 1 to 3. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, we extracted four primary factors-self-value, positive thinking, self-care, and family relationship-and with a total of 24 items for HAS-MW. The fit of the final model was evaluated as good showing χ &lt;br&gt;
 /df=2.10, goodness of fit index=.80, comparative fit index=.85, root mean square error of approximation=.08, standardized root mean residual=.05. The HAS-MW had a significant positive correlation with the Oxford Happiness scale and showed a significant negative correlation with the Hwa-Byeong Scale. Cronbach's α for the new scale was .91, and the Spearman-Brown half coefficient was .93. The new scale used a five-point Likert scale with higher scores indicating greater happiness. &lt;/p&gt;

They colonized a broad spectrum of habitats (from rainforests to semi-deserts) in whole sub-Saharan Africa and their members often belong to most abundant parts of mammal communities. Despite intensive efforts, the phylogenetic relationships among major lineages (i.e. genera) remained obscured, which was likely caused by the intensive radiation of the group, dated to the Late Miocene. Here we used genomic scale data (377 nuclear loci; 581,030 bp) and produced the first fully resolved species tree containing all currently delimited genera of the tribe. Mitogenomes were also extracted, and while the results were largely congruent, there was less resolution at basal nodes of the mitochondrial phylogeny. Results of a fossil-based divergence dating analysis suggest that the African radiation started early after the colonization of Africa by a single arvicanthine ancestor from Asia during the Messinian stage (ca. 7 Ma), and was likely linked with a fragmentation of the pan-African Miocene forest. Some lineages remained in the rain forest, while many others successfully colonized broad spectrum of new open habitats (e.g. savannas, wetlands or montane moorlands) that appeared at the beginning of Pliocene. One lineage even evolved partially arboricolous life style in savanna woodlands, which allowed them to re-colonize equatorial forests. A maximum likelihood analysis resolved a strongly supported monophyletic clade for subgenus Limnorchis. Ancestral biogeographic reconstruction indicated that subgenus Limnorchis originated in western North America ca. 3-4.5 Mya from an ancestor that was widespread in western North America and eastern Asia and subsequently diversified in western North America, followed by dispersal of some species to eastern North America. Our results indicate complex biogeographic connections between Asia and North America, and therefore it suggests that Platanthera is a suitable system to test biogeographic hypotheses over time and space in the Holarctic. Our results are also expected to facilitate further study of diversification and biogeographic spread across Platanthera and lay the groundwork for understanding independent origins, biogeography, and morphological diversification of polyploid species within subgenus Limnorchis.Recent conceptual and methodological advances have enabled an increasing number of studies to address the problem of species delimitation in a comprehensive manner.
