Faster Delivery Is Not the Same as Better Consulting

One reason I'm looking forward to Experts Live UK 2026 is that the session I'm delivering with Areti Iles and Daniel Barber opens up a conversation I think the industry needs.

AI is making delivery faster. That is real and important.

But consulting quality is not defined by speed alone. It is defined by whether we understand the actual problem, whether we build trust with the client, and whether the work creates visible business value.

That is what The Human Hack: The Future of Consulting Culture is about.

We'll be exploring how consultants and delivery leads can avoid becoming overly transactional in the way we work, especially when delivery pressure is high and tooling is improving quickly.

If that is a conversation you want to be part of, come along.

Register: undefined

If you're building Power Apps with code, you need to see what AI-native development looks like in practice.

Josh Giles is bringing that conversation to our Newcastle D365PPUG meetup on 4 June. We're diving deep into:

How to orchestrate the plan-data-app workflow with conversational AI

Writing AI-generated code that actually performs well and stays accessible

What works and what doesn't when combining Power Platform with AI

You'll also hear from Lynsey Winchurch and Kayleigh Duddy on building a sustainable Power Platform career—practical strategies for managing information overload and prioritising what actually matters.

Bring your questions.
📍 Bank House (Cubo), Newcastle
