I Built 20+ Free Dev Tools

The Toolbox → 0918.us (https://0918.us)
24 free browser-based tools. No signups. No ads. No tracking.

Image: compressor, converter, cropper, resizer, favicon generator, Base64 converter

Code: JSON formatter, JWT decoder, regex tester, SVG optimizer, SVG→JSX, hash generator, UUID generator, URL encoder/decoder, timestamp converter

CSS: gradient generator, box shadow generator, clamp generator, color picker, contrast checker

Text: case converter, lorem ipsum generator, Base64 text converter
Why I built this
I got tired of bookmarking 15 different sites for daily dev tasks. And I wanted a desk clock that didn't cost $200. So I built both under one domain as a birthday project.
Tech stack

Next.js + TypeScript

Deployed on Vercel

Flip Clock uses CSS 3D transforms + setInterval sync
You can use it today

Flip Clock: open flipclock.0918.us on any device → full screen → done

Tools: bookmark the tools you use most

Everything is free, no accounts, nothing to install
Plus, if you have something similar (free tools, desk clock, old device repurposing), I'd love to see it. Drop a link in the comments.

Free browser-based developer tools I built for everyday frontend work

I built a small collection of free web tools for common frontend/dev tasks:

https://0918.us

Tools include:

Image converter, compressor, resizer, cropper

JSON formatter

Base64 text/image converter

URL encoder/decoder

Hash and UUID generator

CSS gradient / box-shadow / clamp generators

YouTube to MP3/MP4 converter for content you own or have permission to download

Everything runs in the browser where possible, no sign-up required.

I originally made it for my own workflow, but I’m trying to improve it and would appreciate feedback from other developers.

If you have suggestions for useful tools to add, UX fixes, or SEO/content ideas, I’d love to hear them.
