Blog Post 4: Board Exam Last 30 Days Study Plan — Class 10 Science

SEO Title: CBSE Class 10 Science: 30-Day Study Plan for Board Exams 2026
Meta Description: Complete 30-day study plan for CBSE Class 10 Science board exam. Day-by-day schedule covering Physics, Chemistry, Biology with PYQ practice strategy.
Target Keywords: CBSE class 10 science study plan, board exam preparation class 10, 30 day study plan CBSE science

CBSE Class 10 Science: The 30-Day Study Plan That Actually Works

30 days before your board exam. The syllabus feels infinite. Your notes are scattered. Panic is setting in.

Stop.

This plan breaks down exactly what to study, when to study it, and how much time to spend — based on CBSE's actual marking pattern and the topics that appear most frequently in board exams.

Before You Start: Know the Paper Structure

CBSE Class 10 Science (2026 pattern):

Total marks: 80 (theory) + 20 (internal assessment)

Duration: 3 hours

Sections: MCQs (20 marks) + Short answer (25 marks) + Long answer (15 marks) + Case study (20 marks)

Chapter distribution: Physics ~27 marks, Chemistry ~25 marks, Biology ~28 marks

 The 30-Day Plan

WEEK 1 (Days 1-7): Physics — Build the Foundation

Day 1-2: Light — Reflection and Refraction (8-10 marks)

Ray diagrams (concave mirror, convex lens — draw at least 10)

Sign convention (the #1 source of silly mistakes)

Practice: Solve 20 numericals from NCERT + 10 PYQs

Day 3-4: Electricity (8-10 marks)

Read your formula/reaction sheets once

Solve 10 easy MCQs to build confidence

Sleep by 10 PM. Seriously.

 Exam Day Tips

Read the paper completely before writing (5 minutes)

Attempt MCQs first (20 minutes)

Attempt the questions you're most confident about next

Draw diagrams with pencil first, then ink

Write the formula before solving numericals (examiners give marks for formula even if the answer is wrong)

Attempt every question — there's no negative marking

 FAQ

Q: Is 30 days enough to prepare for CBSE Class 10 Science?
A: Yes, if you follow a structured plan and focus on high-weightage chapters first. Many toppers start serious revision only 30-45 days before the exam.

Q: Should I read NCERT or reference books in the last 30 days?
A: NCERT only. Board exams are based on NCERT. Reference books add confusion at this stage. Read NCERT thoroughly and solve PYQs.

Q: How many hours should I study per day?
A: 6-8 hours of focused study with breaks. Quality matters more than quantity. Use the Pomodoro technique: 25 minutes study, 5 minutes break.

Q: What if I haven't started any preparation yet?
A: Focus on the top 5 chapters by weightage (Light, Electricity, Life Processes, Chemical Reactions, Carbon Compounds). These alone cover 40+ marks. Master these first, then expand.

Q: Should I solve sample papers or PYQs?
A: PYQs first, always. They show you the actual exam pattern. Sample papers are useful but less reliable than real past papers.

Blog Post 2: JEE Mains 2026 — 15 High-Yield Chapters Ranked by Weightage

SEO Title: JEE Mains 2026: 15 High-Yield Chapters Ranked by Weightage
Meta Description: Data-driven analysis of JEE Mains chapter-wise weightage. Know exactly which 15 chapters cover 80% of the paper and how to prioritize your preparation.
Target Keywords: JEE Mains chapter wise weightage, JEE important chapters 2026, JEE Mains preparation strategy

JEE Mains 2026: 15 High-Yield Chapters That Cover 80% of the Paper

Here's a number that should redefine your JEE prep: 15 chapters out of 75+ cover roughly 80% of the JEE Mains paper.

If you're running out of time (and who isn't), this analysis tells you exactly where to focus.

We analyzed JEE Mains papers from January 2020 through January 2026 — every shift, every session — and ranked chapters by how frequently they appear and how many marks they carry.

 Physics: Top 5 High-Yield Chapters

 1. Modern Physics — 3-4 Questions Per Paper

Photoelectric effect, Bohr model, nuclear physics, radioactivity. This chapter alone can give you 12-16 marks. The questions are formula-based and predictable.

 2. Electrostatics & Current Electricity — 3-4 Questions

Gauss's law, capacitors, Kirchhoff's laws, RC circuits. Heavy on numericals. If you're strong at calculation, this is free marks territory.

 3. Optics — 2-3 Questions

Wave optics (Young's experiment, diffraction) and ray optics (lens/mirror problems). Consistent presence every session.

 4. Mechanics (Rotational + Laws of Motion) — 3-4 Questions

This is the broadest topic. Focus on: moment of inertia, angular momentum conservation, friction problems, and work-energy theorem applications.

 5. Electromagnetic Induction — 1-2 Questions

Faraday's law, self/mutual inductance, LC oscillations. Small chapter, high return.

 Chemistry: Top 5 High-Yield Chapters

 1. Organic Chemistry Reactions — 4-5 Questions

Named reactions, reaction mechanisms, functional group interconversions. This is the single highest-yield topic in Chemistry. Memorize the reactions — there's no shortcut.

 2. Chemical Bonding — 2-3 Questions

Hybridization, molecular orbital theory, VSEPR. Conceptual questions that reward understanding over memorization.

 3. Coordination Compounds — 1-2 Questions

Isomerism, crystal field theory, nomenclature. Small chapter, appears almost every session.

 4. Thermodynamics & Equilibrium — 2-3 Questions

Hess's law, Gibbs free energy, Le Chatelier's principle. Numerical-heavy.

 5. Periodic Table & Chemical Properties — 2-3 Questions

Trends, exceptions, group-specific properties. Pure memorization — make flashcards.

 Mathematics: Top 5 High-Yield Chapters

 1. Coordinate Geometry — 3-4 Questions

Straight lines, circles, conics (parabola, ellipse, hyperbola). This is the most predictable section in JEE Maths. Master the formulas and you'll solve these in under 2 minutes each.

 2. Calculus (Integration + Differentiation + Application) — 4-5 Questions

Definite integrals, area under curves, maxima/minima. The largest topic by volume. Focus on integration techniques — they appear in every paper.

 3. Probability & Statistics — 2-3 Questions

Bayes' theorem, conditional probability, mean/variance. These questions are often easier than students expect.

 4. Matrices & Determinants — 1-2 Questions

Properties of determinants, inverse of matrix, system of equations. Quick-solve questions if you know the shortcuts.

 5. Sequences & Series — 1-2 Questions

AP, GP, HP, AGP, telescoping series. Pattern recognition questions.

 The 80/20 Study Plan

Priority

Chapters

Expected Questions

Tier 1 (Master these first)

Modern Physics, Organic Reactions, Coordinate Geometry, Calculus

15-20 questions

Tier 2 (Strong foundation)

Electrostatics, Chemical Bonding, Mechanics, Probability

10-15 questions

Tier 3 (Good to know)

Optics, Coordination Compounds, Thermodynamics, Matrices

8-10 questions

Tier 4 (If time permits)

Everything else

5-10 questions

 Common Mistakes JEE Aspirants Make

Studying all chapters equally. Don't. The data shows clear favorites. Prioritize ruthlessly.

Ignoring Modern Physics. It's the easiest high-yield chapter in Physics. Students skip it because it comes last in the syllabus.

Over-preparing Inorganic Chemistry. It's important but unpredictable. Don't spend 3 weeks on it at the cost of Organic.

Not practicing under time pressure. JEE gives you 3 minutes per question. If you can't solve it in 3 minutes during practice, you won't solve it in the exam.

How EaseLearn AI Helps JEE Aspirants

EaseLearn's AI tutor is trained on 10+ years of JEE papers. Point your camera at any JEE-level problem and get:

Step-by-step solution (not just the answer)

The specific concept being tested

Similar problems to practice

Common traps and mistakes to avoid

 FAQ

Q: How many questions in JEE Mains come from NCERT?
A: Approximately 30-40% of Chemistry questions are directly from NCERT. For Physics and Maths, NCERT concepts form the base but questions are at a higher difficulty level.

Q: Is January or April session easier?
A: Difficulty varies by shift, not by session. NTA normalizes scores across sessions, so focus on your preparation rather than timing.

Q: Can I crack JEE Mains in 3 months?
A: If you focus on the 15 high-yield chapters listed above and practice 50+ problems per chapter, yes. Many students have done it. The key is ruthless prioritization.

Q: Should I join a coaching institute or self-study with AI?
A: Both work. The advantage of AI tutoring is 24/7 availability and instant doubt resolution. Many students use EaseLearn alongside their coaching for doubt-solving at night when their teachers aren't available.

Q: What score do I need for NIT admission?
A: For top NITs, aim for 200+ out of 300. For newer NITs, 150+ is competitive. The 15 chapters above can realistically get you to 200+ if mastered thoroughly.

Join 79,000+ students using EaseLearn AI for JEE preparation. Camera-based doubt solving, AI quizzes, and PYQ practice — all free.

 Months 1-2: Foundation

Clear remaining doubts on EaseLearn

Sleep well. Exercise. Stay calm.

The Honest Truth About Free vs Paid Preparation

Free resources in 2026 cover 90% of what you need for JEE Mains. The remaining 10% — structured scheduling, regular testing, and personal mentorship — is what coaching provides.

If you're disciplined enough to create your own schedule and stick to it, free resources are sufficient. If you need external structure and accountability, consider selective coaching (for your weakest subject only, not all three).

The students who crack JEE aren't the ones who spent the most money. They're the ones who practiced the most problems and cleared their doubts the fastest.

 FAQ

Q: Can I really crack JEE Mains using only free resources?
A: Yes. Thousands of students do it every year. The key is discipline, consistent practice, and a reliable doubt-solving system. Free AI tools like EaseLearn have made the doubt-solving part dramatically easier.

Q: What about JEE Advanced?
A: JEE Advanced is harder to crack with purely free resources due to the complexity of problems. Consider: free resources for 80% of your prep + selective paid mentorship for your weakest subject.

Q: How many hours should I study daily for JEE?
A: 6-8 hours of focused study. Quality matters more than quantity. Use the Pomodoro technique (45 min study, 15 min break).

Q: Is YouTube enough for JEE preparation?
A: YouTube is excellent for concepts but terrible for discipline. Don't spend 5 hours watching videos when you should be solving problems. Watch a lecture, then immediately practice 20 problems on that topic.

Q: What if I can't understand a topic from any free resource?
A: Try this sequence: (1) NCERT textbook, (2) YouTube — watch 3 different teachers, (3) EaseLearn AI for specific doubt clearing, (4) Ask in a Telegram/Reddit community. If all four fail, consider a single paid tutoring session for that specific topic.

EaseLearn AI is the free doubt solver built for JEE aspirants. Point your camera at any problem. Get the solution in 3 seconds. Join 79,000+ students at easelearn.ai.

How to Score 95+ in CBSE Class 12 Board Exams — The Complete Guide

Scoring 95%+ in CBSE Class 12 isn't about being a genius. It's about strategy, consistency, and knowing exactly what the board expects.

Every year, thousands of students score above 95% — and they all follow similar patterns. Here's the playbook, distilled from topper interviews, examiner insights, and data from 7 years of CBSE papers.

The Mindset Shift: 95% is a Strategy Problem, Not a Talent Problem

Most students who score 80-85% know the same concepts as students who score 95%+. The difference is:

How they write answers (format, structure, presentation)

How they allocate time across subjects and chapters

How they practice (PYQs vs random questions)

How they handle the exam day (time management, question selection)

If you understand the concepts at an 80% level, this guide can get you to 95%.

 Subject-Wise Strategy

 Physics (Target: 65-70/70)

High-yield chapters (study first):

Optics (14-16 marks) — master ray diagrams, mirror/lens formula, Young's experiment

Electrostatics + Current Electricity (15-16 marks) — focus on numericals

Modern Physics (10-12 marks) — photoelectric effect, Bohr model, nuclear physics

EMI + AC (8-10 marks) — Faraday's law, transformer, LCR circuit

Scoring tips:

Always draw diagrams. CBSE gives 1-2 marks for labeled diagrams even if the derivation is incomplete.

Write the formula before solving numericals. Examiners give marks for the correct formula even if the calculation is wrong.

For 5-mark derivations, practice writing them in under 12 minutes. Time yourself.

Solve 5 years of PYQs. You'll notice the same derivations repeat.

 Chemistry (Target: 65-70/70)

High-yield areas:

Organic Chemistry named reactions (15-20 marks direct + indirect)

Coordination Compounds (5-7 marks)

Electrochemistry (5-7 marks)

Chemical Kinetics (5-7 marks)

p-Block Elements (8-10 marks)

Scoring tips:

Memorize all named reactions with conditions. Write the reaction name alongside the equation.

For Inorganic Chemistry, read NCERT line by line. Questions come from specific sentences.

Practice conversion chains — CBSE loves "Convert A to B" questions.

Balance every equation. Unbalanced equations lose marks even if products are correct.

 Mathematics (Target: 75-80/80)

High-yield chapters:

Calculus — Integration + Application of Integrals + Differential Equations (25-30 marks)

Algebra — Matrices + Determinants (10-13 marks)

Vectors + 3D Geometry (12-15 marks)

Probability (8-10 marks)

Relations and Functions (6-8 marks)

Scoring tips:

Practice is everything. Solve 30+ problems per chapter from NCERT + PYQs.

Show every step. CBSE follows step-marking — partial credit is generous if steps are shown.

For integration, learn all standard formulas and practice substitution techniques.

Attempt the paper in order of confidence, not question number.

 English (Target: 90-95/100)

Scoring tips:

Reading comprehension: read the passage twice. Underline key phrases. Answer in your own words, not copied sentences.

Writing section: follow the exact format (letter, article, report). Format alone is worth 2-3 marks per question.

Literature: quote from the text. Examiners love seeing specific references.

Grammar: practice tenses, voice change, and reported speech daily for 15 minutes.

Other Subjects (Economics, Accountancy, Business Studies, etc.)

Universal tips:

NCERT is the bible. Don't use reference books for board exam prep.

Use headings and subheadings in long answers. It makes your answer look organized.

Draw diagrams/graphs wherever possible (especially Economics).

Practice writing answers by hand — typing on a phone is not the same as writing in an exam.

 The 90-Day Study Schedule

Phase

Duration

Focus

Phase 1: Foundation

Day 1-30

Complete syllabus revision, chapter by chapter. NCERT only.

Phase 2: Practice

Day 31-60

Solve PYQs (5 years minimum). Identify weak areas.

Phase 3: Refinement

Day 61-80

Focus on weak areas. Solve sample papers under timed conditions.

Phase 4: Final Push

Day 81-90

Light revision. Formula sheets. Sleep well.

 Daily Schedule (Phase 2-3)

Time

Activity

6:00-6:30 AM

Quick quiz on yesterday's topics (use EaseLearn AI quiz generator)

6:30-9:00 AM

Subject 1 — study + solve problems

9:00-9:30 AM

Break

9:30-12:00 PM

Subject 2 — study + solve problems

12:00-2:00 PM

Lunch + rest

2:00-4:30 PM

Subject 3 — study + solve problems

4:30-5:30 PM

Exercise / break

5:30-7:30 PM

PYQ practice (timed)

7:30-8:30 PM

Dinner + break

8:30-10:00 PM

Revision + doubt clearing (use EaseLearn for instant solutions)

10:00 PM

Sleep (non-negotiable)

 Exam Day Strategy

 Before the Exam

Wake up 2 hours before the exam

Read your formula/reaction sheet once (don't study new topics)

Eat a light breakfast

Reach the center 30 minutes early

Avoid discussing topics with friends outside the hall (it creates unnecessary panic)

 During the Exam

Read the entire paper first (5 minutes). Mark questions you're confident about.

Attempt confident questions first. This builds momentum and ensures you don't miss easy marks.

Allocate time per section. Don't spend 45 minutes on one 5-mark question.

For numericals: write the formula → substitute values → solve → box the answer.

For derivations: draw the diagram first → write assumptions → derive step by step.

For long answers: use headings, bullet points, and diagrams. Presentation matters.

Leave 15 minutes at the end for review. Check for silly mistakes in numericals.

 Common Mistakes That Cost Marks

Not reading the question carefully (answering what you THINK was asked)

Skipping units in Physics numericals (always write units)

Not balancing chemical equations

Messy handwriting (examiners are human — neat papers get benefit of doubt)

Spending too long on one question and running out of time

Not attempting all questions (there's no negative marking — always attempt)

How EaseLearn AI Helps You Score 95+

 FAQ

Q: Is 95% realistic if I'm currently scoring 75-80%?
A: Yes, with 3 months of focused preparation. The gap between 80% and 95% is mostly about exam technique (answer format, time management, PYQ practice), not knowledge.

Q: Should I join a coaching institute for board exam prep?
A: For boards specifically, NCERT + PYQs + a good doubt-solving tool (like EaseLearn AI) is sufficient. Coaching is more useful for competitive exams (JEE/NEET). Don't spend money on board exam coaching if you can self-study.

Q: How many hours should I study daily?
A: 6-8 hours of focused study with breaks. Quality matters more than quantity. A student who studies 6 focused hours outperforms one who studies 10 distracted hours.

Q: What if I'm weak in one subject?
A: Allocate more time to your weak subject but don't neglect strong subjects. A common mistake is spending all your time on your weakest subject and losing marks in subjects you were already good at.

Q: Is NCERT really enough for 95%?
A: For CBSE boards, yes. 95%+ is achievable with NCERT alone if you read it thoroughly and practice PYQs. Reference books are useful for additional practice problems but not necessary for board exam content.

79,000+ students use EaseLearn AI for board exam preparation. Camera-based doubt solving, AI quizzes, PYQ practice — all free, 24/7.

10 Free AI Tools Every Indian Student Should Use in 2026

AI isn't coming to education — it's already here. And the best part? Many of the most powerful AI tools for students are completely free.

Whether you're preparing for JEE, NEET, CBSE boards, or college placements, these tools can help you study faster, understand concepts deeper, and manage your time better. We've tested dozens of AI apps and narrowed it down to 10 that genuinely make a difference for Indian students.

No paid promotions here — just honest recommendations based on what actually works.

Why Indian Students Should Use AI Tools for Studying

Before we get to the list, let's talk about why this matters. Indian students face a unique set of challenges:

Highly competitive exams with lakhs of aspirants

Limited access to quality teachers in many towns and cities

Expensive coaching that not every family can afford

The need to study long hours, often without immediate doubt resolution

Free AI tools level the playing field. A student in a small town in Bihar can now access the same quality of doubt-solving and study assistance as someone attending a top coaching institute in Kota. That's a genuine shift.

The 10 Best Free AI Tools for Students in 2026

 1. EaseLearn AI — Best for Instant Doubt Solving

What it does: EaseLearn is a free AI tutoring platform built specifically for Indian students. Its standout feature is "Point & Ask" — you photograph any question with your phone camera, and the AI gives you a detailed, step-by-step solution instantly.

Why it's great:

Every answer includes source links so you can verify information

Excellent for project work and research assignments

The "Focus" feature lets you search academic papers specifically

Best for: Research projects, fact-checking, finding reliable sources for assignments.

What it does: Wolfram Alpha is a computational knowledge engine that solves mathematical equations, plots graphs, and provides step-by-step solutions for complex calculations.

Why it's great:

Extremely accurate for mathematical computations

Shows step-by-step solutions (limited on free tier, but still useful)

Handles everything from basic algebra to calculus and statistics

Limitations: The free version limits the number of step-by-step solutions per day.

Best for: Solving Maths problems, verifying Physics calculations, understanding statistical concepts.

 7. Quillbot — Best for English Writing and Paraphrasing

What it does: Quillbot helps you improve your English writing by paraphrasing sentences, checking grammar, and suggesting better word choices.

Why it's great:

The paraphrasing tool helps you understand how to express ideas differently

Grammar checker catches errors that spell-check misses

Useful for improving English writing skills over time

Limitations: Free tier has word limits on paraphrasing. Don't use it to plagiarise — use it to learn better writing.

Best for: English essay writing, improving grammar, academic writing for college students.

 8. Anki (with AI-Generated Flashcards) — Best for Memorisation

What it does: Anki is a spaced repetition flashcard app. While Anki itself isn't AI, you can use AI tools to generate flashcards from your notes and import them into Anki for scientifically optimised revision.

Why it's great:

Spaced repetition is proven to improve long-term memory retention

You can create flashcards for Biology terms, Chemistry reactions, History dates — anything

Community-shared decks are available for NEET, JEE, and UPSC topics

Best for: Memorising facts, formulas, reactions, vocabulary, and definitions.

 9. Otter.ai — Best for Lecture Notes

What it does: Otter.ai transcribes audio in real-time. Record your teacher's lecture or an online class, and Otter converts it into searchable, editable text notes.

Why it's great:

Never miss important points from a lecture again

Searchable transcripts let you find specific topics quickly

Free tier offers 300 minutes of transcription per month

Limitations: Works best with clear English audio. May struggle with heavy accents or noisy classrooms.

Best for: College students attending lectures, coaching class recordings, online class notes.

 10. Canva (AI Features) — Best for Presentations and Projects

What it does: Canva's AI features help you create professional presentations, posters, and project reports. The "Magic Design" feature generates layouts from your text, and "Magic Write" helps draft content.

Why it's great:

Makes school and college presentations look professional with minimal effort

Templates for science projects, book reports, and academic posters

Free tier is generous enough for most student needs

Best for: School projects, college presentations, creating visual study aids.

How to Choose the Right AI Tool for Your Needs

Not every tool is right for every situation. Here's a quick guide:

For instant doubt solving during exam prep: EaseLearn AI is purpose-built for this. The camera-based interface means you don't even need to type out the question.

For understanding concepts deeply: ChatGPT or Khan Academy's Khanmigo work well for guided explanations.

For revision and memorisation: Combine Google NotebookLM (for summarising) with Anki (for spaced repetition).

For college assignments and research: Perplexity AI for research, Quillbot for writing, Canva for presentations.

For Maths and numerical problems: Wolfram Alpha for computation, EaseLearn for step-by-step exam-style solutions.

Tips for Using AI Tools Effectively as a Student

Use AI as a Tutor, Not a Shortcut

The biggest mistake students make is using AI to get answers without understanding them. Instead, use AI to understand the method. When EaseLearn shows you a step-by-step solution, study each step. When ChatGPT explains a concept, try to re-explain it in your own words.

 Verify Important Information

AI tools can make mistakes. For competitive exam preparation, always cross-check AI-generated answers with your textbook or a trusted source. This is especially important for factual subjects like Biology and Chemistry.

 Combine Multiple Tools

No single tool does everything well. Use EaseLearn for doubt solving, NotebookLM for revision, and Anki for memorisation. Building a personal toolkit of 3-4 apps that complement each other is more effective than relying on just one.

Don't Let AI Replace Active Learning

Reading an AI-generated summary is not the same as studying the chapter yourself. Use AI to supplement your learning — to clear doubts, to revise, to test yourself — but do the hard work of understanding concepts on your own first.

 Frequently Asked Questions

Are these AI tools really free for students?

Yes, all 10 tools listed here offer free tiers that are sufficient for student use. Some (like EaseLearn AI) are completely free with no paywalls. Others (like ChatGPT and Quillbot) have free tiers with usage limits and paid plans for additional features.

Can AI tools replace coaching classes for competitive exams?

AI tools are powerful supplements but may not fully replace structured coaching for highly competitive exams like JEE Advanced or NEET. However, for many students, combining self-study with free AI tools like EaseLearn can be just as effective — especially when coaching isn't affordable or accessible.

Is it cheating to use AI tools for studying?

Using AI to understand concepts and clear doubts is not cheating — it's smart studying. However, submitting AI-generated content as your own work in assignments is academic dishonesty. Use AI to learn, not to bypass learning.

Which AI tool is best for NEET and JEE preparation?

For competitive exam doubt solving, EaseLearn AI is specifically designed for Indian exam patterns and syllabi. For concept understanding, ChatGPT and Khan Academy are excellent. For Maths problem-solving, Wolfram Alpha is highly accurate. Most toppers use a combination of tools.

Do AI study tools work in Hindi and regional languages?

EaseLearn AI supports Hindi alongside English. ChatGPT can respond in Hindi and several other Indian languages. Most other tools on this list primarily work in English, though language support is expanding rapidly across all platforms.

Ready to study smarter? EaseLearn AI gives you instant, step-by-step solutions to any question — just point your camera and ask. It's free, it's built for Indian students, and 79,000+ students are already using it. Start solving doubts faster today.

Why Indian Students Need Camera-Based AI, Not Chatbots

When we started EaseLearn AI, everyone told us to build a chatbot. We didn't listen.

 The Numbers

50,000+ daily active students

4 institutional partners (Xavier's Mumbai, SRM, Geetanjali Udaipur, Mt Litera Zee)

Rs 0 spent on marketing — all organic growth

Camera-based doubt solving with 95%+ accuracy

Available for JEE, NEET, CBSE, ICSE, and state boards

 Why Camera-First

Indian students study from physical textbooks and handwritten notes. A chat interface that requires typing math equations is useless. Our doubt solver reads handwriting, printed text, and even messy notebook scribbles. That one decision — camera-first — is why students chose us over every other AI tool.

 Try It

EaseLearn AI is free to start. Check pricing — even Premium costs less than a single tuition session.

EaseLearn AI — Free AI study companion for Indian students. Doubt solver · AI tutor · Math solver · Immersive Classroom

How We Built a Patent-Pending AI Teaching Engine with Zero VC Funding

In March 2026, we filed a patent for an AI system that generates live visual lessons in real-time. We're two cofounders from VIT Vellore and SRM, running a 5-person team, with zero VC funding.

Here's how we built it.

 The Problem We Were Solving

EaseLearn AI started as a doubt solver — point your camera at a question, get an instant solution. 50,000 students started using it.

But we kept hearing the same feedback: "Solving doubts is great. Can AI actually teach me?"

Teaching is fundamentally different from answering. Answering is reactive — you ask, it responds. Teaching is proactive — it structures information, builds on previous concepts, checks understanding, and adapts.

No AI product was doing this well. ChatGPT gives you text. YouTube gives you pre-recorded videos. Neither adapts. Neither teaches.

So we built Immersive Classroom.

 The Architecture

Immersive Classroom has three core components:

 1. Lesson Planner

When a student picks a topic, the planner:

Breaks the topic into 5-8 logical segments

Orders them by pedagogical best practice (based on Google's education research papers)

Identifies which segments need diagrams, which need examples, which need practice questions

Adapts the depth based on the student's grade level and past performance

 2. Slide Generator (IRIS)

For each segment, IRIS generates:

A presentation slide with a clear heading and structured content

Live images — diagrams, charts, illustrations created in real-time (not pulled from a library)

Embedded interactive elements (fill-in-the-blank, MCQ checkpoints)

The key technical challenge: generating visually coherent slides fast enough to feel "live." We optimized for sub-2-second generation per slide.

 3. Voice Synthesizer (Veda AI)

Veda AI generates the verbal explanation synchronized with the slides:

Natural language explanation of each concept

Pacing matched to slide transitions

Multilingual support — same lesson in English, Hindi, or any language

Adaptive tone — simpler language for younger students, technical language for JEE/NEET prep

 The Technical Decisions That Mattered

Why not just use GPT-4 and call it a day?

We tried. Raw LLM output is not teaching. It's answering. The difference:

Teaching has structure — introduction, explanation, example, practice, summary

Teaching has pacing — you don't dump everything at once

Teaching has feedback loops — you check if the student understood before moving on

Teaching has visuals — a diagram of the Krebs cycle teaches more than 500 words about it

We use LLMs as a component, not as the product. The orchestration layer — lesson planning, slide generation, adaptive difficulty, quiz embedding — is our IP.

Why real-time generation instead of pre-generated content?

Pre-generated content can't personalize. If you pre-generate a lesson on "Electromagnetic Induction," it's the same for a Class 12 CBSE student and a JEE Advanced aspirant. Real-time generation means:

The CBSE student gets a simpler explanation with NCERT-aligned examples

The JEE student gets a deeper explanation with previous year problems

A student who got the first quiz wrong gets a re-explanation before moving on

A student who got everything right skips ahead

Why patent it?

Because no one else is doing this. We searched. Plenty of AI chatbots. Plenty of video platforms. Zero products that generate live visual lessons in real-time with adaptive difficulty. The combination of real-time slide generation + live image creation + adaptive teaching + embedded assessment is novel.

 The Stack

Frontend: Next.js (web), React Native (mobile)

Backend: Node.js on Google Cloud Run

AI: Multi-model orchestration (we use Claude for reasoning, Gemini for multimodal generation)

Infrastructure: GCP + AWS (Lambda for OCR pipeline, S3 for media)

Real-time: WebSocket connections for live lesson streaming

 What We Learned

1. Students don't want more content. They want better explanations.
India has infinite free content. What's missing is personalized teaching. The AI that wins isn't the one with the most data — it's the one that explains things the way you need to hear them.

2. Camera-first beats chat-first for Indian students.
Indian students study from physical books and handwritten notes. A chat interface that requires typing math equations is useless. Camera-based input was our single best product decision.

3. Free is the only viable price for student acquisition in India.
We tried freemium. Students don't convert. We made the core product free and added premium features (Immersive Classroom, unlimited doubts, PYQ solver) at Rs 199/month. Conversion rate tripled.

4. You don't need VC money to build AI products.
AWS Activate, Google for Startups, NVIDIA Inception — startup programs gave us the compute credits we needed. Our total infrastructure cost is under $2,000/month serving 50,000 students.

 Try It

Immersive Classroom launches April 17. First 500 students get 1 month free.

If you're a developer interested in AI + education, we're hiring. If you're a student, try it. If you're a founder building in edtech, let's talk.

EaseLearn AI is a free AI study companion for Indian students. Doubt solver · AI tutor · Math solver · Immersive Classroom

Why AI Tutoring Will Replace Coaching Classes in India by 2028

India's private tutoring market is worth $30 billion. Let that sink in.

Parents spend more on coaching than on school fees. Students commute hours to attend classes. And the outcome? A 2024 ASER report found that 50% of Class 5 students in rural India can't read a Class 2 textbook.

The system is broken. And AI is about to fix it.

The Coaching Class Model Is Unsustainable

Here's what coaching actually looks like for most Indian families:

Expense

Monthly Cost

Coaching fees (1 subject)

Rs 3,000-8,000

Coaching fees (3 subjects)

Rs 9,000-24,000

Transport

Rs 1,000-3,000

Study material

Rs 500-1,000

Total

Rs 10,500-28,000

For a family earning Rs 40,000/month, that's 25-70% of their income. On education that's fundamentally one-size-fits-all.

60 students in a room. One teacher. One pace. If you're faster, you're bored. If you're slower, you're lost. If you're absent, you're behind.

What AI Tutoring Actually Looks Like in 2026

AI tutoring in 2026 is not what you think. It's not ChatGPT with a school theme. It's not a chatbot that gives you text answers.

Here's what modern AI tutoring does:

1. Camera-based doubt solving
Point your phone at any question — handwritten, printed, or from a whiteboard. Get a step-by-step solution in 3 seconds. Not just the answer — the complete working with explanations. Try it free.

2. Adaptive teaching
The AI adjusts its explanations based on your level. Struggling with basics? It simplifies. Ready for advanced concepts? It goes deeper. No human tutor can do this for 60 students simultaneously.

3. Live visual lessons
Immersive Classroom generates presentation slides with live images while explaining any topic in real-time. It's like having a personal teacher in a Google Meet — but one that never gets tired.

4. Personalized practice
The AI generates quizzes based on your weak areas. Not random questions — targeted practice on exactly what you need to improve.

5. 24/7 availability
Your doubt at 2 AM gets the same quality answer as your doubt at 2 PM. No waiting for the next class. No WhatsApp group that's dead after 10 PM.

 The Cost Comparison

Feature

Coaching Class

AI Tutor (EaseLearn)

Monthly cost

Rs 3,000-24,000

Rs 199

Subjects covered

1-3

All

Available hours

Fixed schedule

24/7

Personalization

None (batch)

Fully adaptive

Doubt resolution time

Next class

3 seconds

Language support

Usually English/Hindi

Multilingual

Rs 199/month vs Rs 10,000+/month. For better personalization, more subjects, and instant access.

The math is simple.

 This Isn't Theoretical

EaseLearn AI already has 50,000+ students using it daily. Zero marketing spend. All word-of-mouth.

Students in Kota are using it alongside their coaching. Students in Tier 3 cities are using it instead of coaching they can't afford. Students preparing for boards at midnight are using it when no human teacher is available.

The shift isn't coming. It's already here.

 What Happens to Coaching Classes?

Coaching won't disappear overnight. But it will evolve:

Premium coaching will survive for students who need human motivation and accountability

Budget coaching will be replaced by AI — the value proposition can't compete

Hybrid models will emerge — AI for content delivery, humans for mentorship

Teachers will become facilitators, not lecturers — AI handles the explaining, humans handle the inspiring

The best coaching institutes will adopt AI. The rest will lose students to it.

 Try It Yourself

If you're a student: Download EaseLearn AI and try the AI tutor free. Point your camera at your toughest problem. See what happens.

If you're a parent: Watch your child use it for 10 minutes. Then compare it to what they get in coaching class.

If you're an educator: Contact us about institutional plans. The future of teaching is AI-assisted, not AI-replaced.

EaseLearn AI is a free AI-powered study companion trusted by 50,000+ Indian students. Features: doubt solving, AI tutoring, math solving, quiz generation, and Immersive Classroom.

Every year, 15 million Indian students prepare for JEE and NEET. Most of them study from recorded videos, PDFs, and coaching class notes. The experience hasn't fundamentally changed in a decade.

We wanted to change that.

The Problem with Online Learning in 2026

Online education promised to democratize learning. Instead, it gave us:

Recorded videos that give the same explanation to 10,000 students

AI chatbots that dump walls of text when you ask a question

PDF notes that are just digitized versions of the same old textbooks

Coaching apps that charge Rs 50,000/year for content you could find on YouTube

None of these adapt to the student. None of them teach the way a great teacher teaches — with visuals, with patience, with the ability to read the room and adjust.

 What We Built: Immersive Classroom

Immersive Classroom is a patent-pending AI teaching system. Here's what it does:

You pick any topic — organic chemistry, electromagnetic induction, quadratic equations

The AI generates presentation slides with live images in real-time

It verbally explains the topic while building the slides

It adapts to your level, your pace, your language

It embeds quizzes mid-lesson to check understanding

This is not a recorded video with a play button. Every lesson is generated fresh, personalized to the individual student.

Think of it as a Google Meet with the world's most patient teacher — one who can teach any subject, in any language, at any time.

The Technology: Veda AI + IRIS

The system behind Immersive Classroom is called Veda AI + IRIS. We filed a patent at the Indian Patent Office in March 2026.

What makes it technically interesting:

Real-time slide generation — not pulling from a template library. The AI creates each slide from scratch based on the topic and the student's level.

Live image creation — diagrams, charts, and illustrations are generated in the moment. A lesson on the Krebs cycle generates the actual cycle diagram as it explains each step.

Adaptive difficulty — the AI monitors quiz responses and adjusts the complexity of subsequent slides. Struggling? It simplifies. Getting everything right? It goes deeper.

Multilingual — the same lesson can be delivered in English, Hindi, or any other language. Students in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities can learn in the language they think in.

Concurrent scalability — serves thousands of students simultaneously, each getting a unique, personalized lesson.

Why This Matters for Indian Education

Private tutoring in India costs Rs 2,000-10,000 per month. Per subject. For a family earning Rs 30,000/month, that's not education — it's a luxury tax.

Coaching institutes charge Rs 50,000-2,00,000 per year. And they give you batch teaching — 60 students, one teacher, one pace.

Immersive Classroom costs Rs 199/month. And every student gets a personal AI teacher.

We're not saying coaching is dead. We're saying every student deserves access to quality teaching, regardless of what their family earns.

 The Numbers So Far

50,000+ students use EaseLearn AI daily

4 institutional partners (Xavier's Mumbai, SRM, Geetanjali Udaipur, Mt Litera Zee)

83% gross margin

Rs 0 spent on marketing — all growth is organic and word-of-mouth

Immersive Classroom launches April 17, 2026. First 500 students get 1 month of Premium free.

 How to Try It

Download EaseLearn AI from Google Play

Open the app and tap "Immersive Classroom"

Pick any topic

Watch AI teach you — live

If you're a student preparing for JEE, NEET, CBSE, or any other exam — try it. If you're a parent wondering whether AI can actually help your child learn — try it. If you're an educator curious about where teaching is headed — try it.

We built this because we believe the best teacher in the world should be available to every student. Now it is.

EaseLearn AI is an AI-powered study companion for Indian students. Features include instant doubt solving, AI tutoring, math solving, quiz generation, and now Immersive Classroom. Free to start.
