Passion Edition Challenge: Sticker Picker

This is a submission for Weekend Challenge: Passion Edition

What I Built

Developers love stickers so I built, Sticker Picker. Devs can take a picture of a sticker, upload it and enter the Who, What, When and where about it.

This was made with Co-Pilot. I asked for the ability to upload an image and enter information about the sticker.

How I Built It

Sticker Picker was made with GitHub Co-Pilot. I prompted for the ability to upload a pic and enter name, date and location. It made a basic version. I tested it, then had Co-Pilot add the ability to rotate the images before saving the card.
I modified the color scheme. Didn't like the base black and white.
Later I prompted for a gallery showing the entire collection. When this was added it broke the app. Co-pilot had duplicated the card element ans was trying to save the same thing twice.

Thoughts

This was mainly an exercise with Co-Pilot. If I was to continue with this I would add a Dark Mode toggle. Maybe add a tool to visualized what uploaded stickers would look like on a device. The way home decor place let you virtually place furniture in rooms.
I would also try to do something fun with CSS.

After stumbling by on an old machine for too long I finally got a new Macbook. I am now on current browsers and more importantly can use current software. Time to learn new stuff.

It's hot, 9am and the heat index is 89F/31.7C already. humidity at 75%. Cut my morning walk short forgot to fill and chill my water bottle last night. Took water bottle anyway, but it wasn't helping.

It's a holiday week. In the US Independence Day is Saturday. Which means many of us will be off on Friday. Need to do some USA themed CSS.

Ready for a new week. All that's left from ren faire is packing down some tent walls and floor one they're cleaned and dried.

Monday Am break down tent, come home unpack. Should be done by lunch.

That didn't happen. Drove over there. As soon as we started it began raining. Emptied out the tent and it was still raining. Radar showed rain for two more hours. So we left the tent standing, went home and unpack.

Came back hours later and took it down. Hung parts of it up around the yard to be cleaned and dried.

Friday I got a new camera to replace the one that broke last year. It's a Canon Rebel with two lenses. The buttons and functions are different from the previous camera so my muscle memory is no good. I have to relearn it all.
