Waiting: work that depends on something already in progress
Human Gate: work that needs a judgment, approval, or decision
Blocked: work that cannot proceed until a dependency changes

Most operational dashboards tell you what exists. They do not tell you what can legitimately happen next.

I built Launch Control to make that distinction visible.

The problem

Work often stalls because teams treat every delay as the same kind of delay. But these states require different responses:
