Some context on why this category exists: when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity "what's the best X", the answer comes from a small set of sources the engines retrieve and trust. What I think Discoverable does better than the tools below: the action layer. Most GEO tools stop at measurement. Discoverable drafts the outreach emails to the exact listicles cited in your category, generate answer-first content, and re-check tracked brands automatically every week. Paid plans track your prompt set across Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini with a separate score per engine.

The catch is the ladder: the $99 tier tracks one engine and 50 prompts, and realistic multi-engine use starts at $399/mo. If you have an enterprise budget and want the safest logo to put in a deck, this is it.

3. Peec AI

Berlin-built. Agencies like Peec for daily multi-market tracking, and every plan has unlimited seats, which agencies love and almost nobody else offers. Starter €85/mo with three engines. The trap to watch: each additional engine is a paid add-on per tier, so quoted prices drift upward fast. No free tier, which is a shame because the product demos well.

4. Otterly.AI

The cheapest credible entry into AI search monitoring: Otterly at $29/mo gets you 15 prompts across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot. Fifteen prompts is a taste rather than a programme, and Claude and Gemini cost extra, but if you want to spend as little as possible to see the mechanics working, start here.

The engine-breadth champion: Rankscale covers 17+ engines on every plan, including DeepSeek and Grok, with credit-based pricing from $20/mo. Built in Vienna, exports raw data nicely. You will spend a moment doing credit arithmetic (roughly 0.25 credits per engine per prompt), and heavy prompt sets burn allowances quickly, but nothing else covers this many engines without add-on fees.

Seven engines on every tier plus persona modelling: Scrunch runs your prompt sets as different buyer personas, which larger marketing teams genuinely use. There's no cheap self-serve tier and no free check, so evaluating it means committing, which is why I'd put it on a mid-market shortlist rather than a startup one.

If your team already lives in Semrush, the AI Toolkit is the zero-friction option: $99/mo per domain bolts AI visibility onto reporting you already use. The allowance is the weak point: 25 tracked prompts per domain is the smallest at this price in the category, and extra prompts are $60 per 50.
