🔍 About the Role
We’re building the future of enterprise financial planning, and we need a Data Support Analyst to help drive that transformation.

As part of Project Apex, we’re modernizing our planning processes using Workday Adaptive Planning — a cloud-based platform that’s transforming how we plan, budget, forecast, and analyze data across the business. You’ll work on key projects, collaborating with U.S. and global teams, integrating data pipelines, and configuring Adaptive Planning to support end-to-end planning cycles.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
Support Workday Adaptive Planning configuration: sheets, formulas, access rules, dashboards, and more.

Collaborate with U.S.-based teams across time zones for project coordination (APEX, HCM, Econ Portfolio).

Develop and maintain integrations across systems (including Adaptive-to-Adaptive).

Leverage SQL for data mapping, transformations, and query optimization.

Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.

Support on-call rotations during peak business planning (May–October).

Design and optimize reports, dashboards, and models to support analytics and forecasting.

✅ Must-Have Skills
Workday Adaptive Planning – configuration, modeling, reporting

SQL – complex joins, subqueries, and aggregates

Strong collaborator – ability to help the team scale quickly and solve integration challenges

Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and real-time business needs

🌟 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with APIs (design, integration)

Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles

Experience with Snowflake and data integration platforms

Exposure to IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
