 To characterize health care-related adverse events in patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection who died in a tertiary hospital. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is a retrospective, observational study, that included patients who died at HUGTiP hospital between 16 March and 10 April 2020. Data was extracted from the electronic medical record. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The median age of the 164 SARS-CoV-2 infected patients who died in the center in the study period was 77.5 years and &amp;gt;90% of patients had ≥1 comorbidity. Forty point two percent of patients had at least ≥1 health care-related adverse event. Twenty three point eight of patients had an adverse drug reaction, the leading cause of adverse events in patients who died. Of patients who died in intensive care units, the frequency of problems related to mechanical ventilation was 8.8%. &lt;/p&gt;

This provided an opportunity to study positive effects on environment and subsequent impact on terrestrial ecosystems such as urban, peri-urban, forest and agriculture. A variety of studies presented so far mainly include improved air quality index, water quality, reduced pollutants etc. The present study focused on few novel parameters from both polar and geostationary satellites that are not studied in context to India, and also attempts deriving/quantifying benefits rather than merely indicating qualitative improvements. Due to lack of anthropogenic activities during complete lockdown-1 (21 days from 25 March 2020) in India nighttime cooling of land surface temperature (LST) of the order of 2-6 K was observed. Amongst 10 major cities, Bhopal showed highest nighttime cooling. The cooling effect in LST was evident in 80% of industrial units distinctly indicating cooling trend. Vegetation fires were analyzed in 10 fire-prone states of India. These data were processed to be compatible and georeferenced to a common geographic framework to facilitate spatial analysis in a geographic information system (GIS).Olfactory dysfunction (OD) and gustatory dysfunction (GD) has been reported as one of the presenting symptoms amongst COVID-19 patients. However the literature available is disjunct on this aspect. This study is conducted to identify the prevalence of olfactory and/or gustatory dysfunction in patients with coronavirus disease in Northern part of India. It's a cross-sectional observation study, conducted over 387 COVID-19 positive patients, at ENT dept of tertiary care hospital. A retrospective survey was conducted using a pre designed questionnaire and details of Olfactory and Gustatory dysfunction was collected. The patient's demographic details, disease course and recovery time for olfactory (OD) and/or gustatory dysfunctions (GD) were collected. A total of 387 patients with COVID-19 completed the study. 228 (58.9%) patients suffered from influenza like illness (ILI) (fever, sore throat, dry cough, malaise, and myalgia). There was significant positive association seen between with ILI and OD and / or GD. 167/387 (43.15%) patients reported OD, and 153/387 (39.53%) reported GD. 43.71% and 50.3% patients had mild OD &amp;amp; GD respectively. Recovery rates for both OD and GD are high and almost similar, with 161 (96.4%) and 148 (96.73%) patients had complete recovery of smell and taste. Maximum recovery was noticed between 4 and 6 weeks. COVID-19 patients with habits have significantly high probability of developing OD &amp;amp;/or GD. There is a significant correlation between OD and GD and there is high probability that patients who reported to have OD will also have GD or vice versa. Prevalence of OD and GD in Indian population may not be as high as mentioned in western literature, however, both are frequent and early symptoms of COVID-19.  Critical for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain is the anatomical distribution of pain. Several body maps allow patients to indicate pain areas on paper; however, each has its limitations. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;To provide a comprehensive body map that can be universally applied across pain conditions, we developed the electronic Collaborative Health Outcomes Information Registry (CHOIR) self-report body map by performing an environmental scan and assessing existing body maps. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After initial validation using a Delphi technique, we compared (1) pain location questionnaire responses of 530 participants with chronic pain with (2) their pain endorsements on the CHOIR body map (CBM) graphic. Finally, we interviewed a patient cohort from a tertiary pain management clinic (n = 28) to identify reasons for endorsement discordances. &lt;/p&gt;

 We previously reported promising results for a 4-month patient-centered voluntary opioid tapering study. Key questions remain about the durability of effects and possible risks after opioid reduction. We provide the longest follow-up data to date for prospective opioid tapering 2- to 3-year follow-up for pain intensity and daily opioid use in a subset of patients from our original 4-month opioid tapering study. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Twenty-three patients (44% of original sample) responded to contact attempts through telephone and reported their average pain intensity and current opioid use. Opioid doses were converted to morphine equivalent daily dose (MEDD). Data were analyzed within a repeated-measures model where time (baseline, 4 months, and 2-3 years) was the within-subject factor. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Among reachable patients, the effect of time on change in MEDD from baseline to 4 months to 2 to 3 years was significant. Since baseline, 20 (95%) of the current sample reduced MEDD, and 15 (71%) further reduced MEDD at 2- to 3-year follow-up. There was no effect of time on change in pain intensity from baseline to 4 months to 2 to 3 years. Since baseline, 11 (52%) of the current sample reported pain reduction, and 12 (57%) reported reduced pain from the 4-month follow-up to the 2- to 3-year follow-up. The bioinformatics tools provided preliminary information and were helpful for making salt stress-specific databases. The microRNA identification and characterization led to unraveling the finer intricacies of the network. The transgenic approach finally paved a way for overexpressing some important genes viz. DREB, MYB, COMT, SOS, PKE, NHX, etc. conferred salt stress tolerance. In this review, we tried to show the effect of salinity on plants, considering ion homeostasis, antioxidant defense response, proteins involved, possible utilization of transgenic plants, and bioinformatics for coping with this stress factor. An overview of previous studies related to salt stress is presented in order to assist researchers in providing a potential solution for this increasing environmental threat.KW-2478 is a promising anti-cancer lead compound targeting to the molecular chaperone heat shock protein 90 N (Hsp90N). Absence of complex crystal structure of Hsp90N-KW-2478, however, hampered further structure optimization of KW-2478 and understanding on the molecular interaction mechanism. Herein, a high-resolution complex crystal structure of Hsp90N-KW-2478 was determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD, resolution limit 1.59 Å; PDB ID 6LT8) and their molecular interaction was analyzed in detail, which suggested that KW-2478 perfectly bound in the N-terminal ATP-binding pocket of Hsp90 to disable its molecular chaperone function, therefore suppressed or killed cancer cells. The results from thermal shift assay (TSA, ΔTm, 18.82 ± 0.51 °C) and isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC, Kd, 7.30 ± 2.20 nM) suggested that there is an intense binding force and favorable thermodynamic changes during the process of KW-2478 binding with Hsp90N. Additionally, KW-2478 exhibited favorable anti-NSCLC activity in vitro, as it inhibited cell proliferation (IC50, 8.16 μM for A549; 14.29 μM for H1975) and migration, induced cell cycle arrest and promoted apoptosis. Thirty-six novel KW-2478 derivatives were designed, based on the complex crystal structure and molecular interaction analysis of Hsp90N-KW-2478 complex. Among them, twenty-two derivatives exhibited increased binding force with Hsp90N evaluated by molecular docking assay. Challenges remain on how correlation workflows and software tools are implemented on different microscope platforms to support automated cryo-EM data acquisition. Here, we present CorRelator an open-source desktop application that bridges between cryo-FLM and real-time cryo-EM/ET automated data collection. CorRelator implements a pixel-coordinate-to-stage-position transformation for flexible, high accuracy on-the-fly and post-acquisition correlation. CorRelator can be integrated into cryo-CLEM workflows and easily adapted to standard fluorescence and transmission electron microscope (TEM) system configurations. CorRelator was benchmarked under live-cell and cryogenic conditions using several FLM and TEM instruments, demonstrating that CorRelator reliably supports real-time, automated correlative cryo-EM/ET acquisition, through a combination of software-aided and interactive alignment. &lt;p&gt;Over the study period, 133 urologists completed the survey out of a possible 320 academic urologists for a response rate of 41.6%. Overall, African-Americans represented 9.0%, Hispanics represented 3.8%, and American Indians/Alaska Natives made up 0.8% of leadership roles in the study sample. African-Americans comprised 8.5% (4 of 47) and Hispanics comprised 2.1% (1 of 47) of department chairs. African-Americans made up 7.4% (4 of 54) and Hispanics made up 1.9% (1 of 54) of program directors. The highest proportion of African-Americans in leadership positions was seen in oncology (18.2%), minimally invasive surgery (18.2%), and general urology (10%). The only subspecialties with Hispanics in leadership positions were in andrology/sexual medicine (16.7%) and female urology (15.4%). There were no reported URMs in leadership positions in endourology, neurourology, pediatrics, and reconstructive urology. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;To our knowledge, this study is the first to quantify the representation of URM urologists in academic leadership. There are multiple subspecialties without URMs in leadership positions. This information is vital to understanding the presence and lack of racial representation of the leadership of our field. &lt;br&gt;
