Searched online. Found a tool. Dragged the file in. It uploaded instantly — before I even clicked anything.</p> <p>I immediately wondered: where did that just go? I always scared to upload my picture and document.</p> <p>So I built <strong><a href="https://fileflux.io/" rel="noopener noreferrer">FileFlux</a></strong>. I started it as side project to convert files on my pc locally then build it fully.</p> <p>**FileFlux **is a browser-based image converter and compressor. It handles JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, BMP, GIF, SVG and PDF — and does all of it inside your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded. Nothing is ever stored.</p> <p>It's completely free, requires no account, and works offline once the page has loaded.</p> <p>Would love feedback from the Dev.to community.
