  Two sides of a coin
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As we know, every coin has two sides, the topic has two. In short, computers are a boon as well as a bane. Many industries have been aroused by computers and many have declined, that is why it is a contradictory topic. In my view, this ocean-like topic has many aspects which may not be covered in this blog but let's discuss a few of them&lt;/p&gt;

  Boon
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Talking about the boon, computers are a huge one. A list of few is online shopping, online studies, easy communication to people sitting in different parts of the world and many other such you may be familiar with. But I want to talk about industries like web app development, data science, business analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and many more which had provided mammoth of jobs thereby reducing unemployment. Online apps like news reading apps and social media had brought the whole world closer to us. The full entertainment industry has benefitted from development in the field of computers. In short, it may be termed as a blessing after knowing these boons.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;
  
  
  Bane
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Reading mammoth of benefits, now why for some it seems to be a bane!!,let's talk about it briefly. Primarily bank frauds, replacement of human power, less knowledge and awareness about computers, and many more are drawbacks. Online studies have come these days as an essential component of studies but due to non-availability or we must say lack of infrastructure, children have suffered. Hackers misusing information and blackmails in many aspects are also online committed crimes. Secondarily there addiction may be also a bane for some. At last, I would recommend limited use of computers and right usage in the right direction. I must say computers have pros as well as cons depending on one's situation&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Healthy Lifestyle and Progress</title>

  What is it?
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;With a healthier lifestyle, I would point towards the thought of having a balance between everything like work, good habits, and daily deeds. The topic seems to be simple but still, it seems many people in the corporate world are struggling in this aspect. This I am saying because I had a self-observation regarding this. Also, we may say progress at some time is a reflection of a healthy lifestyle'&lt;/p&gt;

  Struggles and genuine reasons
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Some people have genuine reasons regarding not opting for good habits like rising early as there may be varying shifts work in the company they work. Some people have a real struggle in building their careers. The reasons may be genuine but not everlasting, so try your level best to lead a healthier life. In my view one or two habits may be wrong, if you all the time being lazy won't perform healthier growth-related tasks then your success may be hindered by this.&lt;/p&gt;

  What to do?
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In my view, if somebody has got his or her health affected or any ill effects he/she should slowly opt for good habits like rising early, eating fruitful, gyming, sports or any other task producing positive health effects. You may not do these deeds all the time but you may definitely devote some time per your schedule. Adding a sport or gyming also may lead to a fight with depression thereby, releasing good hormones. My suggestion for one who sits all the time and works is to try a month with physical activities one hour at least and you will feel the difference. At last, I would conclude, that progress is in direct proportion with a healthy lifestyle. I wish the one reading this blog may lead a healthier life.&lt;/p&gt;
