A confusing layout. A slow-loading page. A missing feature.</p> <p>Slowly, those tiny improvements turned into something real.</p> <p>Today, I'm building <a href="http://affligo.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer">AFFLIGO</a>, a free collection of PDF and image tools. It's still a work in progress, and that's okay. Every week I discover new bugs, better UI ideas, and things users actually care about.</p> <p>One thing I've learned is this:</p> <p>You don't need a revolutionary idea to start.
