      <description>&lt;p&gt;I had 30+ Claude Skills in ~/.claude/skills/ or in every other agent folder and&lt;br&gt;
stopped knowing what most of them did.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That's the whole origin story.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The SKILL.md format is solid. But there was no&lt;br&gt;
management layer. No descriptions, no conflict&lt;br&gt;
detection, no sync, no testing, no registry.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So I built Prave.&lt;/p&gt;
