The problem: Work is scattered across too many tools

Modern work happens across email, chat, calendars, and project management tools. Important information gets buried in notifications, and switching between apps makes it harder to focus on what actually matters.

I wanted to explore a better approach.

 Introducing MindMesh

MindMesh is a cognitive layer for modern work that unifies email, chat, calendars, and task systems into one attention-centric workflow.

It connects tools like Gmail, Slack, Jira, Outlook, and calendars, then ranks what needs attention now, later today, or can be quietly handled, with clear reasons.

MindMesh helps you prepare replies, schedule time, and stage updates, keeping you in control by requiring approval before anything sends or writes. It is private by design with a local-first approach.

🚀 MindMesh is live! Come check it out.

 What MindMesh aims to do

Bring work context together across connected tools.

Prioritize what needs attention instead of treating every notification equally.

Help prepare replies, schedule time, and stage updates.

Keep users in control by requiring approval before actions are taken.

 The bigger idea

I believe AI at work should do more than generate text. It should help people understand their context, make better decisions, and spend less time switching between tools.

That's the idea behind MindMesh: helping people focus on what matters without losing control of their work.

 I'd love your feedback!

MindMesh is live, and I'd love for you to give it a try!

If you often switch between multiple apps to keep track of your work, I'd love to hear about your biggest challenges and what you'd like an AI-powered workspace to help you with.

Your feedback and suggestions would mean a lot. ❤️
