Hello, I’m new to DEV so I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I’m Chris, and I’m currently working on teaching myself Web Development. They say the best way to learn is to teach someone else so I plan on writing about the things I learn along the way.

If you are new or just want to connect don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I’m excited to meet and connect with others in this community.

I am currently teaching myself web development through online courses and other means. I work four 12 hour shifts each week, during those times I am not around a computer so coding isn’t possible. Does anyone have any recommendations for books, blogs, or any other source that I could read on web dev while I am at work?
