SteamWorks SteamPipe HTTP API docs?

Is the SteamPipe HTTP API documented anywhere?

The SteamPipe wiki page links to some configs for using nginx to cache content, but the link is broken, and I'm looking for authoritative content.

I could possibly read the source for their SDK, but I'd love to see if there are official docs.
