Hello again, am coming back to talk about the best book I ever read.

The best book I ever read is called THE UNIVERSE by Dorling Kindersley,I never realize how big universe is and how the planets work until I read this book.

I understood the mechanism between planets, especially 8 planets which circulate around the sun.
I came to know how fast our earth is , as its use the amazing speed of 30km/s circulating the sun which is estimated equal to 108000km/h.
I had tirelessly read this book because I was very interested to know more about the universe and how it works.
Very soon ,I will share you more informations about what I read from this book but I can encourage everyone to read it to know even more.

MY MEMORABLE VACATIONS

I remember it was in 2019 when my uncle took us out with whole family,I was in Kigali city and we went to lake Kivu to enjoy.
Honestly it was the best moment of my life because it's when I met my future wife!
We ate, drink, swim,... we spent 3 days enjoying and we return back home.

It was the best moment of my life for sure.

Again the worst memory I ever witnessed was in 2017 when I lost my younger brother through car accident at the age of 18, He was 4 yrs younger than me but he already had a B CATEGORY in driving licence, by which we took him as someone who will have a bright future, but he passed away early,
I spent the whole night crying, I was really in the worst condition a human being can suffer from , Till now am still suffering from his death, I sometimes see him in my dreams as he is still alive.

It was the saddest moment of my whole life.

First of all what is:

VULNERABLE: VULNERABLE is capable of being physically or emotionally wounded

BEING VULNERABLE?: Being vulnerable means being in a position where other people can hurt you. It often means expressing the sides of yourself about which you have the least confidence or certainty, and allowing others to respond to them.

Professor and author Brene Brown suggests that vulnerability is an important measure of courage and that it allows people to be seen and understood by the people who are important in their life. 2.Being vulnerable also serves as an important way to foster authenticity, belongingness, and love.3
When you can accept vulnerability, you may find that you experience important emotional benefits.

Now lets see ADVANTAGES OF BEING VULNERABLE

**Greater strength*: Putting yourself into situations where you feel vulnerable can be a way to gain confidence and belief in your ability to handle challenging situations. This can help make you more resilient in the face of life's difficulties.
Stronger relationships: Being vulnerable with others is a way to foster intimacy. It can deep your compassion, empathy, and connection to others in your life.

**Improved self-acceptance:*Being vulnerable allows you to accept and embrace different aspects of yourself. This can foster great confidence and authenticity.

DISADVANTAGES OF BEING VULNERABLE

*It is easy to become trapped behind your own emotional defenses, unable to give or receive positive emotions as well as negative ones. This leaves many people feeling isolated and alone. The fear of vulnerability often leads people to inadvertently cause pain to others.
*It can cause you to feel alone
*Being afraid whenever you are alone
*Loosing yourself confidence and only think that you can't survive alone

AS a child I grew IN Kigali city, I like basketball so much, I support Los Angeles Lakers and I admire LEBRON JAMES.
I was a great player in high school at which I got Scholarship when I was In S6, I thought I would go all the way to become a great international basketballer, but unfortunately ,It didn't
go my way, but I hope my child will fulfill my dream.

I also like to watch football, am a big Fan of ARSENAL FC and FC BARCELONA, I like LIONNEL MESSI by which as many ,I take him as the GOAT(The greatest of all the time in football),
I like zoo life, by watching wild life documentaries, am a big fan of little children, I used to talk to them and listen from them, in order to know what they think

My favorite food are Meat ,Irish potato and PIZZA

HELLO GUYS, Am here to tell you about my vulnerability.
As a child I grew in the city, Am not used to live in rural area
in addition am already married, I have a big task to get money for us to live better in addition I don't have a job which can provide us what we need, especially for my pregnant wife.
it makes me discomfort and overthinking about the future of my family.
so, am working hard to change that so we may have a good future.

Hello guys, as I told you last time Am a Rwandan, I live here in
MAHAMA sector.
Am a man and I'll turn 29 come in September, I have a family, we were 5 children with 3 boys and 2 girls, am 4th but unfortunately my younger brother passed away in 2017 through car accident, I totally lost my mind because he was the only one left home with me because all others were married.
My parents especially mom was in worst moments of her life that she couldn't cope with the loss of her child, but the time passed by and life moves on.
Right now am a married man with a pregnant wife, we are about to give birth for our first child come in august, I used to be hustling to live and we are not in best life we would like to live in, but hopefully ,the future looks brighter with this coding class am taking.

My names are Nshimiyimana Samuel,mostly known as Kevin, am about 29, I was born and grow here in Rwanda, In high school I studied Mathematics chemistry and Biology(MCB), but I had a passion in technology, computer science and other things related, am grateful to this opportunity I got to study about coding and programming webs,I hope finally am going toget what I like the most! I think this is just a beginning,today it's one step I make, hopefully this one will be followed by millions miles ahead of me roads to my destiny.
