I built a bilingual typing coach with a free 60-second test

Most typing sites start and stop with a WPM timer. You finish a minute, you get a number, and the session ends. That is measurement, not coaching. You leave without knowing which keys are actually slowing you down, and the next drill is often the same for everyone.

I built Keytrainer for that gap. After a short test, it names one weak transition — the letter pair that is costing you time — and builds adaptive practice around it. The adaptive practice stays free. The point is practice that changes with you, not another clock.

There is a free 60-second test:

English: https://keytrainer.app/speed-test

Spanish: https://keytrainer.app/test-de-velocidad

If you want context for what a typical result looks like, the notes on average typing speed are here: https://keytrainer.app/blog/average-typing-speed

Practice is meant for a desktop keyboard, and the product is bilingual (English and Spanish).

Pro is optional if you want an ad-free experience and the review tools: US$6.99/month or US$49/year, billed through Polar. The free test and the adaptive practice do not require it.

This is my product. The useful question is not whether you can post a high WPM, but whether naming one weak transition is more useful than another timer.
