ChaoSim – A hiring sim for devs who hate LeetCode and resumes

You know you can do the job. You've debugged production at 3am. You shipped
features solo. But you keep getting filtered out by resume keywords, take-home
projects that take 20 hours, and whiteboard puzzles you'll never use again.

I built ChaoSim because I was tired of seeing great people locked out by
broken hiring.

ChaoSim is a live simulation engine. Instead of solving algorithms, you walk
into a chaotic startup environment — broken CI/CD, a pivoting CEO, a missing
API key — and just deal with it. The system measures:

• Decision density — do you make progress or freeze?
• AI adaptation — do you blindly paste or verify?
• Scope defense — do you focus on what matters?

Every session generates a cryptographically signed "Proof of Work" profile you
can share with any employer. No resume required.

This is an early POC. I'd love brutally honest feedback on the simulation
design and the anti-cheat logic.

Demo:
