      <title>Introducing KORA: Open-Source AI Orchestration for Task Graphs</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Most AI applications today follow a simple pattern:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Request&lt;br&gt;
   ↓&lt;br&gt;
 Model&lt;br&gt;
   ↓&lt;br&gt;
 Output&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This works for demos.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It rarely works for production.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Real-world AI systems need validation, routing, retrieval, execution, monitoring, and observability. As applications grow, simple prompt chains become difficult to maintain, debug, and scale.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That challenge led us to build KORA.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Why We Started KORA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Modern AI applications are becoming systems rather than prompts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A single user request may require:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Input validation&lt;br&gt;
Knowledge retrieval&lt;br&gt;
Agent routing&lt;br&gt;
Tool execution&lt;br&gt;
Multi-step workflows&lt;br&gt;
Error handling&lt;br&gt;
Output validation&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Traditional linear pipelines struggle to manage these requirements.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We wanted a framework that treated workflows as connected tasks rather than sequential prompts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Enter Task Graphs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Instead of forcing every request through a rigid pipeline, KORA models workflows as task graphs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Request&lt;br&gt;
 ├─ Validate&lt;br&gt;
 ├─ Retrieve&lt;br&gt;
 ├─ Route&lt;br&gt;
 └─ Execute&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Each node has a specific responsibility.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Each connection represents a deliberate transition.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The result is a workflow that is easier to understand, extend, observe, and optimize.&lt;br&gt;
What KORA Provides&lt;br&gt;
Task Graph Execution&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Build workflows as interconnected tasks instead of long chains of logic.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Orchestration Engine&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Coordinate validation, routing, retrieval, execution, and output generation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Add custom nodes, tools, agents, and integrations without redesigning the entire workflow.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Understand how requests move through the system and where bottlenecks occur.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Open Source&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Built in public with community feedback and contributions.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Our Vision&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We believe AI orchestration should be:&lt;/p&gt;

Modular&lt;br&gt;
Developer-friendly&lt;br&gt;
Production-ready&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;KORA is our step toward that vision.&lt;/p&gt;
