We’ve all been there: Applying to dozens of roles with a solid resume, but never receive any reply…

The Problem: The "Keyword Gap"
Most developers have the skills, but their resumes aren't "speaking the same language" as the JD. Recruiters use ATS to filter by keywords. If the JD asks for "Distributed Systems" and you wrote "Backend Scalability," you might get skipped.

How Cand2Hire Works (The Tech Side)
I built Cand2Hire using Next.js 14, Tailwind, and Supabase.

The Core: Instead of just generating a random resume, I used AI to perform a "Semantic Gap Analysis" between your uploaded PDF and the specific Job Description you're targeting.

The Result: It rewrites your experience bullets to highlight the exact skills the company is looking for, without lying about your experience.

Key Features for Devs:

Instant JD Alignment: No more manual keyword stuffing.

Privacy First: Built on Supabase and Clerk.

Efficiency: From "Generic Resume" to "Tailored Resume" in < 30 seconds.

🎁 Exclusive for DEV Community (Promotion Code)
To celebrate the V1.0 launch and get some honest feedback from fellow devs, I’m offering a special discount for the DEV community.
