      <description>&lt;p&gt;I believe we’re reaching the end of syntax-first development. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;AI will write your code - but it won’t understand your boundaries, your abstractions, or your business logic.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That’s your job. That’s engineering.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So I’ll leave this open: &lt;br&gt;
What are you doing in your organisation to move beyond syntax-first thinking? Are you teaching architecture early? Designing for modularity? Training devs to think in systems?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Let’s talk - because the devs who learn to build resilient systems will be the ones still standing in the next wave.&lt;/p&gt;
