I’ve released the Productive Value-Productive Power (PV-PP) Runtime API v0.70 as a public beta. It is designed for agent decisions where constraints, viability, recovery, state and different forms of productive capacity should remain explicit rather than being collapsed immediately into a single utility score.

The runtime is open source and licensed under the Apache License 2.0. The interface is frozen for beta testing, and I’m specifically looking for developers willing to build something against it and tell me where it breaks.
