      <description>&lt;p&gt;Sabemos que apenas cerca de 5 a 10 % são mulheres no ambiente de tecnologia e programação, isso acaba afastando muitas mulheres por ser um ambiente "masculino", mas lugar de mulher é onde ela quiser, afinal mulheres são ótimas em resolver problemas!&lt;/p&gt;
