WHAT IS INTERNET OF THINGS?
The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to the network of physical objects ("things") embedded with sensors, software, and other technologies that enable them to connect and exchange data with other devices and systems over the internet. These connected devices can range from simple household appliances to complex industrial machinery.

WHAT IS RASPBERRY PI SIMULATOR?
A Raspberry Pi Simulator is a software tool that emulates the behavior of a Raspberry Pi computer on a different hardware platform, such as a regular desktop or laptop computer. It allows developers to test and run Raspberry Pi applications and projects without needing physical Raspberry Pi hardware.

Creating an IoT (Internet of Things) solution on Azure involves several steps, including setting up IoT Hub, registering devices, sending telemetry data, and processing data. Here's a step-by-step guide

STEP: 1
Create an Azure Account at https://azure.microsoft.com/ and login to Azure Portal (https://portal.azure.com/)

Click on "Create a resource" and search for "IoT Hub"

STEP: 2: Click on the Create Icon

A Quick Start Template on Azure is a pre-built solution or framework designed to expedite the process of deploying and configuring resources within the Azure cloud environment. These templates provide a standardized and automated way to set up infrastructure, services, and applications, saving time and effort for users. They typically include predefined configurations for common scenarios such as virtual machines, databases, web applications, and more, allowing users to easily customize and deploy resources with minimal manual intervention.

Deploying a Quick Start Template on Azure involves few steps with result in shortest possible time. Here's a general step-by-step procedure:

Access Azure Portal: Log in to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com using your Azure account credentials.
In search bar, type "Quickstart templates." you'll find various options Click on "Deploy a custom
templates." option to explore.

STEP 2 Browse through the available Quick Start Templates and select the one that best fits your needs. In this case, I would like to create a window virtual machine

I'm thrilled to share the process by which i created my first Azure Virtual Machine.
Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) are pre-configured operating system environments hosted within the Microsoft Azure cloud. They provide a way to easily deploy and manage computing resources, such as applications and services, in the cloud.

Below are the step-by-step procedure I followed in creating Azure Virtual Machine

On the Microsoft Azure dashboard, you I searched for Virtual Machine on the search box by clicking on the section highlighted with a red square and click on create as the arrow pointed.

After I clicked on create link, I was directed to another page where where I can customize the virtual machine according to requirements.

I'm using a Virtual Machine with one month free access. So, There is no need for subscription
I created name for the resource group where similar items would be kept

Space for the Virtual Machine name, its host region, Availability zone, are to be filled as required.

Image is regarded as Operating system in Virtual Machine. You are required to select which operating system you proffered.

Administrator Account: Just as it is in your local computer, you are expected to create Personal Username and Password for your Virtual Machine for accessibility

Inbound Port
Choose Public inbound ports
