Today, I’m officially starting my public deep-dive into AI & AGI, and I'm documenting the entire process right here.

There's a ton of hype out there, and it can be overwhelming to figure out where to start. So, I'm breaking down the foundations—the concepts, the history, and the code—into a digestible, month-long journey. Consider this your invitation to learn alongside me.

What to Expect This Month
Here’s a sneak peek of what I’ll be sharing and building in public:

Week 1: Setting the Stage

What AI & AGI actually are (beyond the sci-fi hype).

The pioneers who started it all: Alan Turing, Marvin Minsky, John McCarthy.

The modern labs shaping our future: OpenAI, DeepMind, Anthropic.

Demo: Our "Hello, World!" – generating text with an API.

How data fuels every AI model (hello, ImageNet!).

Neural networks explained without the headache.

A brief history from rule-based systems to transformers.

Demo: Building a simple sentiment analyzer, or portfolio with it.

Week 3: AI in the Real World

Spotting AI in your favorite apps (Netflix, Google, Siri).

Debunking common misconceptions (sorry, no Skynet... yet).

Demo: Creating a basic chatbot.

Week 4: Looking Forward

Discussing ethics, bias, and myths.

Key terminology you need to know (LLM, inference, fine-tuning).

Demo: Diving into image generation with Stable Diffusion.

Why Am I Doing This in Public?
Accountability: Publishing my plan makes me more likely to see it through!

Community: Learning is more powerful (and way more fun) when it's not done in isolation. I want to hear your thoughts, corrections, and resources.

Clarity: Teaching concepts is the best way to truly understand them myself.

I'm approaching this as a guide for beginners, but I hope there will be nuggets for everyone. I'll be linking to resources, sharing code snippets on GitHub, and explaining both the "how" and the "why."
