Why I Want to Be a Front-End Developer and How HNG Will Help Me Achieve My Goals

Introduction
From a young age, I have been fascinated by the internet—how websites work, how user interfaces interact, and how people engage with digital experiences. My curiosity led me to explore HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and soon, I realized that front-end development was more than just coding—it was about creating seamless, engaging user experiences.

As someone passionate about problem-solving and creativity, I found front-end development to be the perfect blend of both. However, I also realized that learning alone can be overwhelming, and this is why I joined the HNG Internship—to get real-world experience, mentorship, and a structured learning path.

Why I Chose Front-End Development
The internet is the gateway to the modern world. Businesses, organizations, and individuals rely on well-designed web applications to connect, inform, and provide services. My motivation to become a front-end developer comes from my desire to build intuitive and aesthetically pleasing web applications that make users’ lives easier.

I also love how front-end technologies evolve rapidly. The introduction of frameworks like Vue.js and React.js has made web development more dynamic and efficient. HNG12 has been an incredible learning experience! My goal was to sharpen my Vue.js and UI/UX Design skills.

🏥 Med Spectra: A Healthcare Platform

For this task, I designed and developed Med Spectra, a web platform that helps doctors analyze medical images.

✅ AI Diagnosis Report: Summarizes detected anomalies
