Lento Pulse is a quiet relaxation ritual for Apple Watch. It plays a steady, heartbeat-like haptic rhythm on your wrist, so you have something gentle to focus on while you wind down in the evening. Turn the Digital Crown to choose a pace from 45 to 100 beats per minute, even during a session, and pick one of nine vibration patterns in Settings.

There is no routine to perfect and no number to chase. Open the app on your Watch, tap Start, and rest for a few minutes or up to 30. It runs on the Watch itself, so you do not need your iPhone nearby, headphones, an account or an internet connection. Your tempo and pattern are remembered for next time.

Lento Pulse has no accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking. It can read heart rate from Apple Health for context, read-only, and that reading never controls the rhythm. The BPM is a haptic tempo, not a measurement. It is a general wellness aid, not a medical device, and it requires watchOS 26 or later.

Try it at Lento Pulse.
