When I first started my career as a web developer, I would constantly email myself links to websites, articles, and demos I wanted to read later. Pretty quickly, though, my inbox turned into a chaotic mess, and I realised this method just wasn’t manageable. That’s when the idea for Linkbook started to take shape.

I wanted something that could go beyond traditional bookmarks, a tool that could not only save all these interesting links but also organise them in a way that made sense. Browser bookmarks weren’t flexible enough. I’d stash links into folders, but over time, it became like a digital attic where things got “put away” but were impossible to actually find again.

Enter Linkbook.io
With Linkbook, I aimed to build a platform that simplifies link management while opening up new ways to discover resources. Instead of isolated folders, Linkbook offers an intuitive workspace where you can categorise and search through your bookmarks with ease. It’s like a curated library for the resources that might otherwise get lost in the shuffle.
