      <description>&lt;p&gt;Today was eventful. I spent a significant amount of time onboarding for my software development course. I learned:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;the three general types of software, &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;the simple difference between cloud and noncloud applications,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;that Twitter and AirBnB have a similar coding framework as a result of their reliance on Ruby Rails, and&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;your level of resources affect your stock choices, etc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am looking forward to diving into this course further.&lt;/p&gt;
