I stopped trying to think harder. I took 60 seconds to breathe instead.

When my mind is full, more thinking does not help. More tabs, more lists, more noise — none of it helps in the moment before I spiral, scroll, react, or shut down.

What helps is a pause. One breath. One choice. One small step.

That is what I built Focus Reset for.

Focus Reset - Breathe & Heal is a free 60-second guided breathing reset. Open it, start the reset, and follow a simple rhythm: breathe in for 4 seconds, hold softly for 1, release for 6, rest for 1. That is 12 seconds per cycle, 5 cycles, 60 seconds total. The release is longer than the inhale on purpose — it feels like letting go of pressure, not forcing a big breath.

Then you choose what you need: release tension, slow down, feel in control, clear your mind, calm anger, or get focused. Then you do one tiny task based on that choice. Breathe. Choose. Act.

There is no account, no setup, no dashboard to learn before you can use it. No personal data is collected, and your progress and streaks stay on your device only. You can add +10, +20, or +30 seconds if you need more time, use calm sound guidance, and run short focus sprints after the reset.

I built it for the real moment — the moment before you react, before you scroll, before you procrastinate. Not to fix your whole life. Just to help you feel steady enough to choose your next move.

Focus Reset is a wellness and productivity support tool. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

Try it free on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.focusreset.heal
Website: https://myfocusreset.lovable.app/
Privacy: https://myfocusreset.lovable.app/privacy

I built this — I am the maker, Hamza.

I stopped prompting harder. I started engineering the loop.

I used to ask AI for the whole app in one prompt. Then I would ask again, and again, and get a slightly different mess each time.

The problem was not the model. It was the way I was working. One prompt, one answer, no memory of what worked.

So I changed the shape of the work. I turned the idea into a loop.

Prompt first. Not a perfect prompt — a starting prompt. Then a loop: plan what to build, build a small piece, check it, fix what broke, and repeat. When the loop is clear, I can see it as a graph — one step after another, with branches where I need them.

That is what Loop Engineering AI is for. You write the idea, you build the loop, you see the graph. You can export that graph to LangGraph, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n or Make, instead of rebuilding it in every tool.

It is free to try on iOS and Android: https://looptograph.site/
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/pk/app/loop-engineering-ai/id6785467171
Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.loop.engineering

I built this because I needed it myself. Try one idea today — turn it into a loop, not just a prompt.
