My name is Lucas, I'm a developer from Brazil, and this is my very first post here on Dev.to.</p> <p>For a long time, I’ve been writing code, studying, and building things quietly on my own. But recently, I realized something important: keeping everything to myself is making me miss out on one of the best parts of being a developer — the community.</p> <p>So, I decided it was time to step out of my comfort zone and start "learning in public."</p> <h2> A bit about me: </h2> <p>My background is actually in IT Infrastructure and Support. I spend my days dealing with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Linux, and Virtual Machines. While I love understanding how the underlying infrastructure works, my true passion is software development. I am currently focusing on leveling up my coding skills and transitioning fully into a Developer role.</p> <h2> Why am I starting this blog? </h2> <ul> <li>To document my progress: Writing about what I learn helps me understand the concepts better.</li> <li>To share the struggles: Coding is hard, and debugging can be frustrating.
