Currently, I’m focusing on Python, data structures, and databases, and I’m starting to dive deeper into the Spring ecosystem. I also try to build projects to put what I learn into practice, but the biggest challenge remains getting that first professional experience.</p> <p>What discourages me the most is looking at current Junior Developer job listings. Many seem to require an absurd amount of knowledge: years of experience, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, cloud, microservices, testing, CI/CD, advanced English, and various other technologies. Sometimes it feels like the "Junior" role is closer to a Mid-level position.</p> webdev career ai programming
