A Burnout Tracker Because Spreadsheets Were Killing Me

I Built a Burnout Tracker Because Spreadsheets Were Killing Me

As a developer with ADHD, I kept burning out in predictable cycles. I tried tracking everything in spreadsheets, but the friction was too high. So I built LumaCare - a free, no-login stress pattern tracker.

 The Problem with Manual Tracking

Spreadsheets require consistency (my ADHD nemesis)

No visualization of patterns

Easy to forget/avoid when overwhelmed

 The Simple Solution

I built a tool that:

Takes 10 seconds to log energy/stress

Shows patterns on a timeline

Predicts crash cycles

Zero login required

 Why This Matters

For neurodivergent brains, seeing data visually is everything. When I could SEE my 3-week burnout cycle on a timeline, I could finally interrupt it.

 For My Fellow Developers

This is built with [your tech stack - Next.js/React/etc.]. It's open for feedback and suggestions. How would you improve a tool like this?

 Try It

Completely free. No email required. Give it a try if you're tired of burning out on repeat.
