How do I build multi-touch attribution for Pardot forms in Salesforce?

I’m working with Pardot and Salesforce and trying to build a simple multi-touch attribution setup.
Right now, I can track the lead source, but I have no real visibility into the full user journey — especially across multiple sessions.

I’d love to capture more touchpoints before someone submits a form. Has anyone figured out a good way to do this? Maybe something using GA4 or browser tracking?

I've been running campaigns on Meta but my match scores for server-side tracking events are poor. I'm already using GTM but I suspect my server-side setup isn't ideal. What can I do to improve these match scores? Open to suggestions or step-by-step guides.

Why do AWS dashboards keep breaking — and is there a better way?

We’ve been running dashboards on AWS — mainly using Redshift with Power BI — and honestly, it's been rough. We’re dealing with slow load times, random breakages, and costs that are way higher than expected.

We’ve tried optimizing queries and resizing clusters, but it’s still messy. Is this just an AWS architecture issue, or are we doing something wrong?

Curious if others have moved away from AWS for dashboards or found a smarter way to handle this. Definitely open to hearing how others have solved it.

How to connect multiple data tools into a unified customer journey dashboard?

Hey dev/data folks
I’m working on a project where we need to visualize the entire customer journey — but the data’s coming from 6+ sources (CRM, product events, support tickets, payments, etc.).

We’re thinking of using a data warehouse as the central layer and pulling data via Fivetran, then modeling in dbt and visualizing in Looker.

Has anyone done something similar? Would love to hear about tools, pipeline setups, or lessons learned from anyone who's been through this.

How to Fix Incorrect eCommerce Purchase Tracking in Google Tag Manager (GTM)

I'm currently troubleshooting a frustrating issue:
Google Tag Manager (GTM) isn't tracking eCommerce purchases correctly in GA4 for one of our stores.

Sometimes the events don't fire at all, or they duplicate and inflate conversion numbers. This affects reporting and ad attribution across platforms like Google Ads and Meta.

Has anyone dealt with this before?
