how should start learning backend ?

i've learned react after finishing html , css and js and built a bunch of websites using react with it's libraries and then learn next.js and built also some stuff with it

now i wanna start to learn backend but i don't know how should i start so i searched and i found that it's better to start with learning system design and understands how everything works together and how it works under the hood to build every thing on top of it and after that starting to learn the technology that i'll use and understand things like security and apis and so on and the last thing is the data base sql and non sql and understand it

this is what i got and i hope to give me your opinions and if there is a better approach

and i'm confused about what is the libraries that i should learn in js and css

I've just finished learning HTML,CSS,JS what should i do after it
should i make some web by it without framework or should i first learn frameworks
and if i nead to learn what should learn to help
or should learn stack like "MERN" or what
I'm so confused so can anyone help me please!
