If your team already works in Claude, you can now run a big part of customer onboarding from there.

 What Cor does

Cor makes Obi, an AI onboarding agent for B2B software companies. Obi works directly with every new customer. It learns what they need, builds a plan your team approves, then works through the setup with them.

Your team's job is to keep Obi sharp: see where customers get stuck and fix what Obi works from. The Cor connector lets you do that from Claude, in plain words.

 Connect it

Claude (web or desktop): open the connectors directory, find Cor, connect and sign in with Google.

Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http cor https://app.coragents.ai/mcp
, then run
/mcp
and sign in.

Other AI tools that support MCP: add a remote MCP server with the URL
https://app.coragents.ai/mcp
.

You need a Cor account. You choose read-only access, or read and write.

 What you can ask

See who needs help

Who got stuck in onboarding this week, and why?

Claude looks across your recent onboarding sessions and gives you a short list: who, where they got stuck, and what they said.

Find where the pain is

What are the top three problems new customers hit, and how often?

You get the themes, ranked, with real examples behind each one.

Check your onboarding against reality

Does our "Set up integrations" plan match what customers actually do?

Claude compares the plan with what happened in real sessions and suggests what to change.

Find the questions you can't answer yet

What did customers ask this month that we don't have a good answer for?

You get a list of gaps to fill.

Fix it, with your approval

Rework the integrations steps to fix that confusion and save it as a draft.

Claude drafts the change in Cor. Your team reviews it before customers see it.

Use it with your other tools

Claude is often connected to more than Cor, so one request can do more:

"Match the customers who got stuck to their accounts in our CRM and create follow-up tasks for the owners."

"Turn this week's onboarding problems into issues for the product team."

"Post a summary of this week's onboarding to our customer success channel."

 Try it

Cor in Claude: https://getcor.ai/product/mcp
