How Website Navigation Shapes User Understanding of Fintech Products

When testing digital products, I often pay attention to information architecture before individual features.

A website is not only a place to display information.

It is a user journey.

The questions I usually ask:

Where does the user start?
Can important information be found easily?
Does the structure support learning?

Recently, I reviewed Qavlixa from this perspective.

The interesting part was not only the technical terminology, but how the information was organized.

Complex fintech products often contain multiple concepts. Good navigation helps users move from basic understanding toward deeper exploration.

My notes focus on:

Information hierarchy
Documentation paths
User learning process

A good product experience often begins before users interact with any feature.

It begins with how information is presented.
