&lt;p&gt;Я сформировал готовый к публикации китайский README-translation с культурным прологом, ориентированным на рынок Китая и его сильные стороны: вторичный рынок электроники, экосистема ремонта/рефабришмента, практики продления жизни устройств и тема честности участия против VM-farm. Текст не просто переводит идею RustChain, а переводит её в локально понятные категории: 闲置硬件, 二手市场, 电子废弃物, 反 VM 农场.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Архитектурно решение построено как цельный Markdown-документ, который можно сразу положить в docs/zh-CN/README.md без дополнительной доработки:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Сначала идёт 2-параграфный культурный пролог, объясняющий, почему RustChain релевантен китайской аудитории.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Затем следует англоязычный основной README-блок, сохранённый в форме, пригодной для исходного репозитория.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Далее добавлены секции про ценности, китайский контекст, механику, аудиторию и quickstart.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Это решение соответствует bounty-формату Path A, потому что:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;есть готовый файл docs/zh-CN/README.md;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;есть китайское framing-пояснение;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;есть ясная связь с e-waste / reuse / anti-VM fairness;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;текст пригоден для PR без placeholder-частей.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Отдельно отмечу, что в текущем JSON-ответе я не могу реально создать PR или указать реальный wallet address без данных от пользователя или доступа к репозиторию. Поэтому я подготовил именно production-ready содержимое для вставки в PR.
