The more I learn about computing, the more I want to know. It feels like a never-ending story that constantly challenges my brain.
However, once you start working in this field, you usually need to choose a specific role or "hat" to specialize. This helps manage the workload, even though the job remains challenging. With that in mind, how can you be sure you are choosing the path that suits you best?

In a few days, I will start my internship as a project manager for a team of three students with different skills and I will be handling a wide variety of tasks.
While not everything is directly focused on cybersecurity, these areas are interconnected. If you make a mistake while building a website or coding an app, it can lead to serious security and legal risks, particularly with the integration of AI nowadays.
In conclusion, I don't mean to sound philosophical, but it seems that in cybersecurity you can't choose just one path in an easy way, because you need a broad skill set to truly excel.
The best specialists I know have worn every hat throughout their careers, and I plan to do the same if I have the chance. What are your thoughts on this? Did you have to choose a specific path, or have you experienced a similar situation?
