It’s been a great year for golf. There was a history of Rory McIlroy. Offensive quality from Scottie Scheffler. American Breakthrough for Tommy Fleetwood. The Ryder Cup is the glory of Europe.

And the emergence of three new stars in the form of Lottie’s Lottie Wiad and Japan’s Miyu Yamashita in the women’s game, and Marco Penge in the men’s.

But how do they climb? Let’s take a look.

 1. Rory McIlroy

All wins are good but some wins are better and McCroy’s win at kings is just that.

It wasn’t just his first win at Augusta National, it was his first championship win in 11 years, and it ended a career Grand Slam (he’s just the sixth player to win all four majors).

That win alone is impressive enough, but earlier in the year he had won the AT & T Pebble Beach Pro-AM-ALTSHIPTSHIPTSHIPTSHIPTSHIPLA, and later won the race in Ireland, adding a seventh race to the Dubai title.

It’s a good year. The year defined by the work. And the best year for any golfer in 2025.

 2. Scottie Scheffler

In any typical york born york, Texas-Bride World No. 1 would have taken it for granted that it came back. It is his bad luck that in 2025 McCroy took him.

Scheffler actually started slowly, not misleading until the end of March following a cut on his hand at his Christmas 2024 events. But in his 15 starts since late March he has never finished outside the top 10, winning six times including the PGA Championship and the Open.

The last stain on his year came with the RYDER Cup performance that was, for the second game running, complete and unstoppable in the US Defeat.

 3. Tommy Fleetwood

The Englishman had finished in the top three on the PGA Tour 13 times prior to this year’s tour and was headed for Colin Montgomerie Territory, meaning the Americans were rooting for his incompetence in their own country.

He was leading the intelligence of June’s travelers but was caught in the line. The same thing happened in early August at the St. Jude Championship. But at the end of that month, at the Tour Championship, it was Lucky’s third time.

He then won the Indian Championship in October, shortly after taking the lead in Europe’s Ryder Cup Heroics at Black Bethpage in New York. He was always loved by a lover but now he is a star.

 4. Luke Donald

The Englishman posted a first-round 67 to stay inside the top five behind the PGA holes, but that was the highlight of this year when the clubs were in his hands – the majority struggled to make the cut.

That’s not fair. He is one of the stars of 2025 because of his continued quality as Ryder’s captain because while he was successful in winning the European Championship in Rome two years ago, he was even better when they went to keep the cup at Bethpage Black in New York.

European fans may regain their senses when Donald is replaced by Henrik Stenson as captain – it could be the best thing in the event’s history.

 5. Lottie Wiad

Golf always knew that England had a 21-year-old star because when he won the 2024 world women’s amateur 204, he got the respect of birdies on 15, 17 and 18 in the last round.

But July 2025 was sounding short. In her first week, while still an amateur, she won the Irish Ladies European Tour opener by six (yes, six) strokes. A week later he finished one shot away from the Evian players, the fourth major competition of the year.

After a while, turned professional, he won the LPGA / Allow Scotland open and ended the month as the pre-professional favorite in the British women’s open (where he finished eighth).

 6. Marco Penge

In the last event of English After a month, however, he was banned for two months (with another month suspended) for breaking the rules of betting. Going into the last weeks of April he was playing better but still showed his best golf.

Then the dam broke in surprising style. He won the Hainan Classic, in July he was second in the Scottish Open, in August he added the Danish Championship and in October the Open de Espana.

Having started the year outside the top 400 in the world and was banned, he ended up placing second in the 2025 race in Dubai, establishing himself inside the top 50 in the world and looking forward to playing all the majors in 2026.

 7. Miyu Yamashita

LPGA’s depth has been a key factor in 2025 and only two players have won more – World Namashita and Japan’s Yamashita and Japan.

The 24-year-old was a 13-time winner on home soil before this year and boy has she taken her quality to the next level. She won the AIG Women’s British open in August and added the Maybank champion in November.

It is now entered for the third time in the world that he is tracking the challenge of thitikul to the top spot in 2026.

_ Chief 9 for 0 (jaiswal 7 *, rahul 2 *) trail South Africa 489 (Muthisamy 109, Jansen 93, Kuldeep 4-115) by 480 Runs_

A maiden century from Sunuran Muthesamy and a career-best 93 from Marco Jansen went a long way to take South Africa close to Batting India in the Guwahati Test and the sub-series. No team has lost a Test in India after scoring a massive 489 against South Africa.

At the start of the second day, the 489 looked like a million miles. And while Muthusamy and Kyle Vyreynne steadied the ship from the night’s 247, if South Africa continued that scoring rate, they would not have crossed the 151.1 Overs they were tied for.

However, Jansen’s 93 Off 93 Off 93, including a record seven, which is seven by India, knocked the wind out of India’s waters where they still had hope despite bowing out by seven wickets. With Jansen, Muthusamy again increased the target as the two put together the highest stand of the series: 97 in 17.4 overs. Muthusamy became South Africa’s eighth century this year, but Jansen fell seven short of equaling the world record of 10 different hundreds in a single year.

Even before Jansen, Muthusamy and Verreynne had done well to be frustrated. The tone, which had kept the dishes interesting on the first day, was flattering because the initial humidity was completely dry. Even then, South Africa only lost wickets on the first day when they tried to force the pace. On the second day, now, it seemed that they decided to take time out of the game, not really to be remembered but to challenge India by batting when it was good.

Marco Jansen didn’t let the scoring chances go•AFP/Getty Images

It was almost 40 overs in the morning, India unable to create any threat to take wickets. Just when they thought they had a muntuwamy Lbw in prayer through Ravindra Jadeja, a faint collapse on Ultraedge reversed the decision. Muthomy in particular looked in complete control, playing only 13 false shots in his 205-ball stand at the wicket. In the end, it was Verreynne charging at Jadeja early on that allowed India a wicket.

Still, it was only afternoon, and South Africa were only 334 for 7. If India bowed out below 400, they still had little chance of forcing their way back into the game.

In came Jancen and he hit a cha-towards jadeja for a six. Then, Slogging swept him for six and six. India tried KelDeep Yadav to look to hit him in the air, but he came out of the crease and picked him up at long on. Muthusamy grew and grew bolder and began to fill in when he got the chance.

Muthusamy was 67 off 160 when Verreynne got out, but added 43 Off 47 After that. India’s confusion grew as they now tried to break out of these wars. Jasprit Bumrah pulled a top edge to fine leg, resulting in a dirty look from Bumrah to Mohammed Siraj, who was asked to bowl after another after Bumrah had done so.

It was a tiring and frustrating day for Mohammed Siraj and other Indian bowlers•AFP/Getty Images

First ball after tea, Siraj cuts a top edge to remove muthisamy, but the strategy didn’t work against Jansen, who was barking at mid-on. That the pitch was still good to see was shown by the way RishabH PAD now asked his fast poles to tend to Tandem. Bumrah hit it high off Simon Harmer, but that didn’t deliver much distance.

Jansen and Keshav Maharaj added the last wickets. Jansen’s reach remained a feature of his innings, confused by the notion of good height, but he fought against the notion of a professional batter even though his strike rate of over 100 would suggest a cavalier approach. In the end, he was fired when he followed the unfit and downtrodden Keldeep, who was disgusted with him for coming out close to a hundred.

Keldeep ended up with four wickets, but this was his first on the second day. Jadeja, Bumrah and Siraj get two. This was only the fourth time since the end of 2016 that India have been kept in the field for 150 overs.

The tired bodies were now looking at the long and difficult way to save the series, but first they had to survive the worst part of the hour before graduating to enlightenment. While they had to face only 4.1 overs before the bad light ended the day’s play, this trend of getting 80 overs or so in the Eastern parts of India only strengthens South Africa’s chances of holding the series.

DRYSDALE wins Vattanac Legends Championship – Golf news

David DrySdale won the Vattanac Legends Championship after a nail-biting final round in Cambodia, shooting a perfect closing 66 to claim an emotional first-round victory.

English duo Peter Baker and Anthony Wall both finished back on 11, along with Andrew Marshall Archer on A0 Lillip archer at Sir Nick Golf Resort.

Nith Africa’s Keith Horne – successful in restoring the Legends championship in July – led with six to play but was forced to settle for sixth place, alongside early leader Greg Owen.

For DRYSDALE it was a special day. A brilliant birdie at the end got him to the clubhouse on 12th, one before the wall who had just put the target on 11th. The Scot then endured a series of nerve damage to wait until his 19-game winning streak – spanning the World Tour and the 1476 Tour events and 1476 Tour events – was at an end.

“Vattanac Legends Championship Winner sounds great,” Drysdale said. “It’s been a long time coming, but it feels amazing. I played well today and I’m happy to do it. I felt really broken and I’m just trying to stay focused and hit one shot at a time.

“I didn’t get off to a good start, but then I found my rhythm and got into the big fat after nine years.

David DrySdale – Vattanac Legends Champion 2025

Handed -12, Drydale had to endure the hope that Peter Baker or Phillip Archer Eagling would be the last to force a play. “It was a difficult part of the hour,” he said, after not being able to do what the three needed to deny him. “If you get a good drive away from the eagle it’s worth it so there’s a little bit of expectation. I mean a couple to me.” The couple said to me. “

With the lead changing hands again and again during the afternoon, the spectators in Phnom Penh were treated to a spectacular sight at the Vattanac Golf Resort with Marshall, Horne and RYDER CUF Player Jarmo Sandelin forcing a change of pace before the wall and drivedale made progress.

Wall in particular makes a big smear on the back, ekgring the par-amane 11th After driving to the green and adding two more birdies he went in. “It was a responsible driver – he ran it to about five feet, so that was big,” Wall said afterward.

“The last few holes are tough, mentally tough mentally, and I was playing really hard. I felt like I needed to have my DID and I’m proud of Davide. It’s been a long time. I remember playing in Qatar and he was an unpleasant person. When I play against him, I’m happy for him.”

Earlier in the day, former RYder Cup Player Niclas FASTH also enjoyed a moment to remember – a hole-in-oneth lead. “It was a 4-iron from 197 yards, it hit it perfectly and he was so happy when it came down,” Fastth said. “I think it’s 11 yearsth Ace is also always lovely when it happens! “

In a different hand for the first chapter of the Tour

Brad Dalke’s beautiful Dalke in the drama that dominated Internet coverage

If you thought that the controversy surrounding Luke Kwon’s dream of missing time is the main building block of the Internet, well, you would be really surprised.

A quick refresher: The Internet event, a YouTube event produced by Barstool Sports and Bob does sports, was packed earlier this year and has just been released for six audiences in six episodes. The tournament featured broadcasts of 48 golfers competing for a million dollar prize, and garnered more than 20 million views.

When participant Luke Kwon fell ill on his tee time and was kicked out, the resulting avalanche of internet criticism directed at him seemed to become the talk of the tournament. That is, until the very end, which revealed two Juicer scandals: The question of advanced lies, and the alleged cheating by involvement in the RangeFinder slope operation.

What sad game is reviving this tournament? Good Brad Dalke, who ended up winning alongside his teammates Cody “beef” Franke (who strayed from the gates just before the Purdepa crossing, appeared in the episode of the week of the cigar, was revealed.

Shady Rays Golf X Download

Made for golfers. Powered by pro. Performance Golf Eyewear is here to elevate your game.

“Going slow probably ends up being the biggest thing, which I think Kwon is really thankful for that both of those things happened in that last episode,” Dalke said. “It took a little heat off of him. But yeah, there’s a lot of drama, and luckily for me, I know I just have a chance to get a chance to win.” I don’t live. “

That was easier said than done for others. Dalke said that avoiding the distraction of the debate required his focus.

“There was in one place, you know, like 25 people huddled around one laptop trying to find or trying to see a video of MO [Malosi Togisala] With RalkeFinder, and I’m just like, I’m just standing on the tee box, “said Dalke.” I am not involved. I don’t care. I’m just focusing on my game and trying to give myself a good chance to win, and I’m glad I did, you guys think that’s what most people focus on. “

Jessica Marksbury

Dalke, who has films alongside the members of the beautiful group, said that Mo has been facing the deterioration of the situation in this situation at the back end of the Internet, fighting for the Internet that has been criticizing both and his family members.

“People who go to his family, it’s so obvious and unbelievable that people do that,” she said. “But then again, it’s the Internet, and when you have that many eyebrows at you for one video, it’s like, if you do the right things, you’ll get the wrong heat.”

“I saw the video,” Kost said. “Do I think he moved the button? Sure. Do I think it’s a big deal? No

“How,” replied Dalke. “I mean, the video doesn’t look good. I’ll say that. But at the same time, it’s like one would be able to do it or just look at it.”

For more from Dalke, including more insight from the Internet, check out the full episode of SubPpar below.

Tommy Fleetwood

The Englishman had finished in the top three on the PGA Tour 13 times before this year’s tour and was headed for Colin Montgomerie Territory which meant the Americans were quiet about their failure.

Lottie Wiad

Golf always knew that England had a 21-year-old star because when she won the 2024 AUGUSA Women’s Amateur, she made 15, 17 and 18 shots in the final round.

The Liverpool Porne Slot manager gave his thoughts to the media after the 3-0 defeat at home to Nottingham Forest.

The red season is going from bad to worse at the moment, we have joined the slot’s side with some really sloppy goals and now sit all the way up the Premier League table.

Slot admitted it was a “very bad” result and insisted he had to take responsibility for the team’s recent form.

See below for all the names of Slot’s Post-Match Press Conference…

Arne Slot’s Post Liverpool Vs Nottingham Forest Press Conference in full

 On board…

It’s bad [the result is]that is hard to measure, but it was very bad. Playing at home, losing 3-0, no matter which team you are facing, yes, a very, very bad result. It’s unexpected when you look at the first hour of the game [because] in my opinion [it was] A good start for us. [I] You haven’t seen us build so much in the first half hour of the game maybe all season.

I’m not sure because I don’t remember every single game now, but we were able to create a lot. The first time they come to our box, they score and it is very difficult to refuse to drink them, or to have them, if you miss your chances and every time you enter.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oocnnnr0j2ge

 Having players out of position…

We had to start the game with midfield on the right back because both Fulls were brought back and injured. Joe Gomez is also a player who can play there but he has not trained all week. I don’t think he is completely ready to start this game. When you are 2-0 down it is not, in my opinion, really necessary to bring in a defender. Usually you choose, at least that’s what I do, you choose to bring in players who can get a goal.

After I took Ibou [Konate] Off, we actually played with two middle players in our last lane. That is true, but we also needed goals. That’s why I brought Hugo Ekitike to IBOU to bring a player where he can get a goal and just before we did 3-30, I went to 3-3-4 because I didn’t feel it after replacing me. I know, we know, you probably know a lot better than I do, but I’ve been here for one-and-a-half years now and if you find a goal in this forum it’s possible. You need a goal and you need something to happen and after my first installation with Hugo I don’t think we are building much. I thought with 2-0 down let’s take more risk but that didn’t go anywhere well because two seconds later we were 3-0 down.

In the first goal of the forest …

During the game, people told me that he was in a side position, so I wasn’t worried at all. Was he in our situation, that he is 100 percent sure? Then I have to see it back. Because I immediately felt that he was on the side, I did not look at what the line of sight was. Now, I never had time to see it back, if he was in the line of sight. I have seen three goals this season, against Atletico [Madrid] two and by contrast [Eintracht] Frankfurt One, that was more in the goalkeeper’s line of sight than what we scored on [Manchester] The city, but I think there is no one – someone who wants to hear from me now talking about tricky decisions.

If you lose 3-0 against Forest it should be first of all I watch myself and my team instead. It shows you how a set piece or a goal can change the momentum and can change the game because before we conceded 1-0, I was just waiting for a goal. After that, we didn’t create any more chances.

 In changing things around…

It’s my job. If we win or lose, it’s my job. But what I see is the team and, by the way, our fans for staying until the end, supporting the team until the end and the players keep trying until the end. What I saw today, but it wasn’t in the city – and in the city we weren’t the only attacking team in the first half – and in every other game we played, we were the dominant team and we were able to create chances.

Like I said, lately it’s almost always that we miss our chances and go in when we concede, but that won’t continue all month. We need to have that moment of power to hit the goal. If you play well and go 1-0 up, the other team feels, ‘We’ve played for half an hour now and we seem to see the ball…’ The opposite thing happened – they get a big, big boost, they get a 1-0 boost. I see many things where the general result of the idea would be different, but now we are in a difficult situation and you need to do more to get your results.

Arne Slot reacts during LiverPool’s defeat to Nottingham Forest (Photo by Molly Darlington / Getty Images)

“In the way” of Liverpool …

Of course there is a way out, especially with the quality players we have. I think it doesn’t matter if you win or lose, if you make a line and if you make a substitution and when you look back you always think about it, ‘Where can we do it better? Where can we change? ‘ But that is beyond doubt.

I want to emphasize more about the fact that I am responsible for the current loss. You are responsible when you win, but you are also skilled when you lose. Even though you asked me that question, not to talk about refereeing decisions or other excuses, I will never come up with enough suspicions to have the results we have. That is far enough and I am responsible for that.

 On the actor …

I do not think so. It’s hard for me to hear what they feel. But when I look at the way we finish these chances, I don’t see a player who lacks confidence or hesitates. For example, one of the macca [Alexis Mac Allister]I think you hit it pretty well though [it was] well protected as well. No, I don’t think it’s a problem. But it’s hard for me to judge because I’m not there at that moment. The only thing I can see is that we are building and finishing is expected, but the blocks and savings are also of quality.

 Introducing from the bench…

I don’t think we fought for that. I think we kept many, many, many times on our side with cody [Gakpo] and in Mo [Salah]but we struggled to create a chance [from] that because they were defending with too many players inside and in their box. Then if you have tried for 75 minutes with three defenders and three attackers – although the defenders were not partners, but who was that idea, but I am also responsible for replacing that, so that I am responsible for replacing that, so that I am responsible for replacing that. What I did last season, took IBou off and brought on Diogo Jota and one minute later – away from the jungle, I mean – we got 1-1. Then, it was brave. Now, maybe it’s silly.

How Scotland Scotland raised another from the ashes of England’s night

There were fears that Scott Boland after the opening day of the Ashes series.

The belief of the previous series Captain Michael Atherton of the previous that England did not stop said that Anglication showed that the 62 fell by 10 centimeters when sailing the best ship.

With pat cunmins still a 50-50 proposition to play in Brisbane, and doubts over his involvement in successive tests at all, there could be real questions about whether Boland would be answered if Boland was drawn for the series within two days.

But all fears were allayed with a flurry of spells on day two, taking 3 from 11 deliveries including the figures of ben duckett, Ollie Pope, is on his way to doubt and restored his impressive home average to 13.47.

“I thought Scotty found his line and length and movement there today,” Steven Smith said on Saturday’s post. “That’s the scotty boland we’re used to. And he took important wickets.”

There was a certain idea, which was supported by Ben Stiles after that, that England had allowed Boland to turn into a series with complete antithes that was its food, and what kept Boland under the thumb before.

That would be true. But England didn’t need to cheat his height on the opening day because he never got it.

On his first appearance at Perth Stadium, Boland went wide and went straight for his first save with the new ball. Duckett didn’t need to charge. He just stood there and fired half-volley after half-volley down the ground. Lately when the ball had softened, and turned into a “hockey puck” according to starc, the streamer instructed him to deliver it over mid-on.

There may be Boland nerves. He has admitted to a large press conference in the build-up where he has been thinking about this series for two years, waking up to what happened in 2023 for a long time. Boland is someone you don’t have. It’s easy to see how he might get a moment.

He came back and was never too impressed in his Sheffield Shield Cricket debut in the lead. He took five wickets in the win over New South Wales, but having arrived after a shock in his practice ball, opener Sam Konstas returned his delivery at cover. Boland admitted that he was struggling for a day’s sleep, explaining that at times he could get out of sync and get in his head.

Scott Boland removed Ben Duckett straight in the afternoon to clean up the fall•Getty Images

But as he had done deep on the oval, he settled for day two in Perth. England tried to ignore it but Boland was not ready.

His first ball of the second innings to Duckett was raised from length and captured his gloves. Duckett charged a second time and hit the ground running to the third flight. Duckett was charged with Offth and was almost clipped.

Against the last ball of Boland’s second over, Duckett again called and swung a wide wall that flew safely over gully. Boland would claim a “moral victory”.

A change of ends brought some very close calls but no marks before noon. Duckett is charged and hit with an under glove by the one who hit and hit him. Papa played and missed trying to drive up. It would be the first of six such drives from Pope to Boland, all of which hit the rim.

England never had such a time. Boland had changed his length and lines to ask them to hit hard deliveries. The pitch, overheads, and possibly a better ball helped make that task more challenging.

Boland thought he had Duckett on the stroke of midday, and cleared him from the crease to see umpire Adrian Holdstock raise his finger. But Duckett was given a good rep by the drs as it was stopped outside leg.

Boland was finally rewarded after lunch. Duckett was surprised when he called a ball that pitched well outside the leg stump and fell to him. The floodgates were opened.

Pope eventually fined one with overs later on. Brook didn’t get six plays and missed before he cut his second ball and attempted another uphill drive. The game took a turn for the worse in the space of 11 balls. Boland returned to the status of a hero in the eyes of Khaya fans.

“Scotty started to get some of his work back,” Jake Weatherald said on Sunday. “[He] He obviously gets it right more often in first-class cricket, and he got it right in that second league for sure. And he understood what he needed to do. He collapsed wide behind the length and was very poor and challenged their ability to drive the ball and make good decisions off the post. “

England may regret allowing Boland in the series, but take nothing away from the spell that added to his impressive record on home soil.

Westwood, how poulter is inspiring the next generation of golfers

Lee Weewwood and Ian Poulter have been around for decades, first on European Ryder Cup Squads and now as members of Liv Golf’s Majesticks GC.

With the last partnership, Westerwood and Poulter have now partnered with another program: A community program with children at the top of their minds.

In collaboration, with the principals of the group Oliver and James Dunkley – and Jordan Stephenson, who joined the youth sports organization in the UK and use small sticks, young people are made to improve their strength through golf. The main objective of Little Stick’ is to educate, engage and provide young people by introducing themselves to that sport and its values.

“The community has always been at the heart of what we’re trying to do,” Banks told me recently. “A lot of golf programs have come and done really well, so there’s an opportunity for us where we can really do it.”

Lee Westwood Signs small stick participant hats.
Courtesy of majestics GC

The Little Stick Pilot program began last year with a program of school-age programs in six schools in the UK and the US according to the major challenges of the US according to Stephenmumus of Golf education was the appropriate inclusion in education. Once they decided to implement the program, Stephenson arranged for the delivery of the necessary equipment, training and resources. The pilot was successful, Stephenson said, with data showing that about 60 percent of the participants had a significant improvement in their well-being after going at least six times.

Small clubs aren’t just about learning the game of golf. The 12-week program takes a holistic approach, providing the basics in the form of 15 simple exercises while also emphasizing mental and physical fitness. The curriculum features Poulter and Westwood to deliver instruction and encouragement in video form, with actors representing character values such as tenacity (Westwood) and cooperation (Poulter).

“We give them skills and tools that will help them in their future but also give them a sense of belonging,” Stephenson said. “They are on our team, the Majestics, they are our players, so they have a broad sense of community as well. What we really want to use is our golfers, so we have visible people, so we have visible people that our children can learn from and teachers can use in their lessons.”

The Little Stick curriculum also reinforces these character-building lessons within the games children play in rather than classroom style, making it fun and engaging.

; "Westwood, how poulter is inspiring the next generation of golfers 2")
Courtesy of majestics GC

“When you see a PE lesson, 95 percent of the time, the kids are playing golf, it’s just cool stuff that’s been developed to help get those character-building skills,” Stephenson said. “So it’s not like, ‘Sit down, everybody, we’re going to tell you about being tough.’ Instead, ‘You played this game, how did you get it? Did you find it challenging? What did you do to win if you don’t use it if you can’t do it?’ “

Stephenson said his next challenge is helping kids participating in junior golf programs continue their nascent golf journey. He said he has contacted UK golf associations and unions to discuss strategies to keep those children involved in the game.

Another way to keep kids connected: by tapping into their natural fandom. All Little Stick members are invited to Liv Golf’s Stops in the UK, leading to a growing nation of new fans for the club.

“The guys make all the videos, they’re really involved from start to finish, so all the kids involved in the show really know the players,” Banks said. “They feel like they are part of this program. I love it when the kids come out to watch the events. They see the players or meet all the other youth players because the players are connected to the development difficulties of these children.”

Little sticks is expanding to 200 schools in the UK by 2025 and plans to add another 150 programs by 2026.

“It’s been a real passion project for the whole organization,” Banks said.

The Colorado Avalanche had a seven-game winning streak in Saturday night’s (Nov. 22) matchup against the Nashville Predators. They are also on an 11-Game Paint Streak, as they lead the NHL with 33 points. The Hunters were 6-10-4 entering this game and coming back from a two game deficit set in Sweden against the Pittsburgh Penguins. They are 2-6-2 in their last games as they look to turn the season around. After the final horn, the Avalanche shut out the deer 3-0.

Brent’s burn got the avalanche ahead early, 15 seconds into the game. After the battle of the Board on the end wall, the park was attacked to the burning, who was still at the top of the right circle. He snapped a quick wrist shot, which caught Juuse Saros by surprise and put the Avalanche up 1-0 early in the period. After that, this period was not all animals in the triggers.

Related: Avalanche’s Scott Wedgewood has been very encouraging of early success

Mackonzie Blackwood conceded a shot from the attackers after seeing the Avalanche go up 1-0. It got to the point where the Raiders were outscoring the avalanche 11-2 after 12 minutes in the first period. After an expired penalty on Martin Necas holding the phone, blackwood grabbed filip forsberg with a great glove save from point blank range to end the game 1-0. After 20 minutes, the shot was 16-7 Nashville, but Colorado was up 1-0.

The second period saw no goals, but both the hunters and the avalanche had chances. Both teams have power plays to score, but penalty kills do their job to stop special teams from losing. Blackwood and saros traded big save after big save to keep the game close. Shots were 11-10 in favor of the Raiders in the second period. Overall, the guns were 27-16 Nashville after 40 minutes.

The third period saw goals, both from the Avalanche. It was their best moment of the game, outscoring the Wildcats 10-8. The first goal came from Nathan Mackinnon with an empty marker, giving him 17 on the season. The second goal of the period came from Jack Drust to the ice, making it 3-0. It was his fourth goal of the season. Blackwood claimed the shutout victory after making all 35 saves against the Raiders.

The Avalanche are now on an eight-game winning streak, pushing their streak to 12 games. They also picked up points in 20 of 21 games on the season. They travel to Chicago on Sunday afternoon (Nov. 23) to take on the Blackhawks to finish the weekend back. The Raiders have now lost two games in a row.
Liv Golf takes two advantages. And one may be pleasantly surprised

Yosuke Asaji deserved his way. Scott Vincent read, but he’s coming back.

And the laurie canter may be back, but his movements are surprising.

The Trio of Moves is all part of LIV Golf’s Offsoason, and more seems to be on the way for the Saudi league which finished its fourth season in August. Below, there is a look at the news from last week.

Yosuke Asaji qualifies for Liv Golf

Asaji did so by finishing second during the longest standing of the Asia-based international series. Notably, Liv recently announced that two Liv locations will be awarded based on standings, from one, and the move seems to be aimed at getting the highest points in the league.

Who is Asaji? He is a 29-year-old pro from Japan who has played events this year on the Asian Tour, the Japan Tour and the Korea Pga. He is ranked 237th in the world.

“I was very happy with my wife and my caddy, we were together,” Asaji said Saturday at the Pif Saudi International, the final event of the nationwide series.

“We can go to Liv’s party. I was so excited.”

Scott Vincent is eligible for Liv Golf

Vincent returns to Liv by finishing first in the series’ fight against other countries. The 33-year-old pro from Zimbabwe played with LIV from 2022 to ’24 before being released at the end of the ’24 season.

Vincent is currently ranked 156th in the world. At the Saudi International, he tied for 42nd.

“I woke up at about 4:30, which was two hours before I expected,” Vincent said Saturday. “After that you start playing all the different scenarios in your head, which was not what I was hoping for.

“Yeah, I’m just kind of – I just wanted to come out here and just play freely and give it my best shot, you don’t know how much motivation you’re up against.

“If I want to move and I go into my program and I put and work, I sit down. Yes, I’m not playing well today, but obviously the time is enough.”

Is laurie canter coming back to liv?

On Friday, Sports Business Jourder’s Josh Carpenter reported that the canter will be renewed for Liv – just a week after receiving the PGA tour next year with TOP World Tour-Love Stemmings.

The 36-year-old Englishman played at LIV events from 2022 to ’24 – although he played twice in ’24 – and then played on the DP world tour. In March, he returned to play in the PGA Tour Player Championship for his world ranking.

Then he told Golf’s Josh Scheck:

“I think anyone who plays golf plays [like to be a PGA Tour member]. It’s amazing. “

But now it looks like he’s going back to Liv.

Any other Liv related stuff lately?

Yes, there have been a few things.

– Ben Parsons of Benmered’s recently reported that Henrik Stenton will return to the DP world tour, after playing LIV events from 2022 until the end of this season.

– On Tuesday, Victor Perez withdrew from the PGA Tour’s RSM Classic, and joined Liv.

– Two more players will join LIV after playing its promotion event, set Jan. 8 to 11 in Florida.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4xjaqdxCMC

At the Tour Championship, the leaderboard tells the story of the LPGA season

Naples, FLANE

It was another brilliant display from world Noah 2 – One that could have been much better if a few putts cut the course.

“There’s definitely a few I left out there, but that’s golf,” Korda said after his round at Tiburon Golf Club. “They’re all very close, sharp edges, so that means I’m hitting it where I want to.”

That was Korda’s season, one that saw him go winless with one round to play. He played good golf but he just took off here and tickled him there, keeping him from lifting the medal for another year after lifting the seventh. Even when Korda was in the lead this year, it has been arranged (like Lim Kim in his competition in the water tournament) or his putter stopped, as he did in his American women’s finish.

Korda was knocked out in the first round in Naples but responded by training on Friday to enter contention. He was behind this second-round 64 Up on Saturday 65, only to see the world No. 1 Jeeno Thitikul picked him for the final round, leaving Korda with a big mountain to climb if he plans to finish the season.

‘Double-Edged Sword:’ Lopga’s Big Conundrum has no clear answer

But while Korda doesn’t want to go Oneling in 2025, he doesn’t plan to talk about Sunday’s final lap or anything to ensure he finishes with a medal. He will put the pedal down while staying in his routine.

“I feel like when you start pushing hard, sometimes the mistakes start to fall a little bit,” Korda said of his mind trying to get off Thitikul. “You have to focus on your process and yourself. If it happens, it happens. You know, you just know that you’re there and you’re working hard and you’re trying to be the best and play the game before you.”

While Korda’s drought was the focus of the 2025 LPGA season, Thitikul was the story.

The 22-year-old has won twice and Sunday is a few hiccups away from more victories. He found Korda as a country No Thitikul leads the LPGA in scoring (68.88), strokes gained: Total (2.96), birdie or better percentage (10.94%), PAR 3 Scoring Average average (3.92).

Thitikul won the CME Group Tour last year and will enter Sunday 22 under, six shots clear of Korda and Pajaree Anannarukarn. He is set to win the player of the year award and the vare trophy on Sunday when all is said and done.

But Thitikul, placed four in the last hole of Kroger lost to Charley Hull, knows that in this course, in these conditions, the competition is far away.

“Like I always say, all the winners here, the scores are like something like 20-plus, which is a really low score,” Thitikul said on Friday. “We just need to do more and more.”

As he has all year, he brought a lot on Saturday.

After a bogey at the Par-5 First, Thitikul rattled off birdies on 2, 4, 5 and 6 before birdying the back nine to extend his lead on Sunday.

Thitikul’s humility and vision shone through during the year when he statistically dominated the competition. After finding Korda as World No. 1, Thitikul laughed and said he still “doesn’t think he’s that good.”

But Jeeno Thitikul that Good, and he can set the perfect topper for the 2025 season on Sunday by defending his title in Naples.

It’s fitting that the only chance to follow him down is Korda, who is hoping for the end of a good golf streak to end the 2025 slump.

“The competition gets better and better here every year,” Korda said Friday. “It just makes you want to improve again because there’s nothing better than a fight that goes down on a Sunday after nine.”

The New York Islanders took two periods and 17 minutes of the final frame to score a goal past Jordan Binnington before the St.

Related: How Clum Ritchie earned the confidence of the Islanders

New York dropped their home opener after going 6-1-0 on the road. The Blues, meanwhile, haven’t given up on their season after losing four games in a row before today’s win.

 Game clarity

The Blues squandered the opening period as Pavel Buchnevich and Brayden Buchnevich raced through a 2-on-odd-man chase as the former was hit by a roll in the first minute to give his first team the lead. The game is settled as both teams trade shots for the number of shots on goal. Mathew Barzal made a crazy penalty, leading to a St. Louis power play. Louis’ at night.

Goalie Ilya Sorokin put the defense between the pipes as he denied two consecutive shots before defending Mattenseman Mater ScAefer finished off the possession. Jean-Gabriel Pegeau rushed into the team’s split in the set goal and drew a penalty for the islanders, closing the first period.

New York Islanders Tony Dean battles for puck control with St. Louis Blues Center Schenn and Wing Pavel Buchnevich (Wendell Cruz-Imaging Photos)

With Man-Fantutal, Schaefer blew past Bo Horvat with a one-timer from the Confeff Circle, which Binngton turned away. The Blues also cleared the puck, effectively killing New York’s power play. The two teams exchanged chances with both netting the crossbar high to counter the shot, and the defenders deflecting the shot with their sticks and bodies. St. Louis grabbed another goal after Dylan Holloway’s sorokin pad surgery as Pius Suter grabbed the puck to throw the goal away, stretching the lead to 2-0, around the second period.

The Islanders turned it up a notch after sharing neutral ground with St. Louis. New York applied the pressure as they held more time in the offensive zone. The Blues were able to stop their efforts, going 2-on-1 as Nathan Walker put the puck through. The Islanders responded with their breakaway threat, as Anders Lee stopped a shot, which Binnington turned away.

New York kept their foot on the gas, firing from all cylinders. St. Louis forced the storm with a united defense, swiping the puck away from the fast puck, as Howelway fed the puck to Jordan Kyrou with a shot, which was stopped by Sorokin. The Islanders finally got a crack at the goal after a relentless pursuit with Lee digging in from Barzal’s one-timer as New York got a lifeline with a few minutes left to play.

The purpose of the islanders was defeated; However, a high penalty has been gained by the power play. With sorokin pulled, the blues blocked attempts to tie the game with binnington coming up with a save and a layup, putting the shot at 2-1.

 What’s next?

The Islanders will play back-to-back games as they host the Seattle Kraken tomorrow. Meanwhile, the Blues will travel to the BIG Apple to take on the New York Rangers on Monday.
