What is GridSearchCV ?
GridSearchCV is a tool in Scikit-learn that finds the best hyperparameters for a machine learning model by testing different combinations. GridSearchCV stands for Grid Search with Cross-Validation.

How does it work ?
It tests combinations of hyperparameters using cross-validation, splits the training data into multiple folds, and compares the average performance. Finally, it selects the combination that achieves the best cross-validation score.

How to use it ?
Define a model, create a parameter grid, and pass both to GridSearchCV

Why is it important in model training ?
GridSearchCV helps improve model performance by finding suitable hyperparameters and reduces the risk of choosing settings based on a single validation split. It can improve generalization, but it does not guarantee better results on unseen data.

Important attributes

best_params_: the best hyperparameter combination found.

best_score_: the best mean cross-validation score.

best_estimator_: the model trained with the best parameters.

cv_results_: detailed results for all tested combinations.

Conclusion
GridSearchCV automates hyperparameter tuning and helps you select a well-performing machine learning model.
